Brookdale Chenal Heights was amazing to our family from beginning to the end. The caring hospitality of the nursing staff, cna, kitchen staff and office staff were just great. After we lost my father in law, Larry, some of staff even shed some tears with me. Thank you Brookdale Chenal Heights for taking such good care him in his final days.

We moved our parents into Brookdale about 9 months ago. We noticed right away what a clean and welcoming environment they have created. The staff has been wonderful and we have seen our parents make new friends, enjoy various activities like movies, bingo and book club. We are so grateful that they are getting the care that they need. The staff is always willing to address any issues and cares for the residents. The most recent ice storm is a great example. The staff really showed up to care for the residents and spent multiple nights to keep everyone taken care of. We really appreciate their kindness and support.

My mom has been in Caring Bridge (memory care) at Brookdale for over three years. She's had many downs and more downs since her journey with Alzheimer's began. Brookdale has been a Godsend in helping her and me during this time.

My dad was a resident at Brookdale for 2+ years before moving to nursing care. The staff are very friendly and caring. Nurse Susan is the best! He enjoyed the food, activities, and the small excursions. The levels of care they offer enabled him to keep a sense of independence while being surrounded by a loving community and receiving the 24h care that he required. They have 24h nursing care, Drs that make house calls, and transportation to Dr appointments that helped me same time and worry. I looked at multiple facilities, and Brookdale had the strongest feeling of being at home (and the best layout)!

Brookdale is located in an excellent spot in west Little Rock. The facilities are excellent and the staff is professional, attentive, and friendly. From the medical team, service staff, and management-everyone is focused on health, quality of living and friendliness. They have been a good fit for our family member.

The staff really helped us when we had to make a quick decision on where to go. They went out of their way to be helpful and kind. Dad was nervous at first but after being there a month, he says it's "delightful." The food has also been good which has helped reduce some digestive problems that we had at other facilities. Overall, my family is very happy with Brookdale. The cost is similar or better than other facilities we looked at.

Staff is nice and helpful. Brookdale has lots of activities for their residents. Rooms are nice and have plenty of room. The common area is a nice spacious area where the residents can set around and visit. The also can watch tv and have activities for the residents daily. I like how they keep the residents engaged and being out socializing with the other residents.

This is a great facility, and in a safe location, just minutes from downtown Little Rock. Rooms and common areas are extremely spacious. Staff is very friendly, and engages with family members/responsible individual concerning the resident. The sense of 'living independently' is still there. That is a huge plus!

I am the operations manager for Caring Transitions of Little Rock Metro. I cannot say enough about this facility. And, particularly, about their Sales Manager, Angela Hansard. She always welcomes my team and me with a smile, makes sure we know anything we need to know to get the job done, and offers water, snacks, etc. if she perceives we need it. When we have clients who have not yet decided where they will transition to, Brookdale Chenal is at the top of our list of recommendations and Angela’s number is one of the first ones I dial.

Brookdale Chenal has been a huge blessing to our family. After touring the facility, meeting the staff and getting to know the director, director of Nursing and sales manager, we knew this was the right place for our grandfather. In less than a week from deciding that this was the place for Papa John, the staff had everything in line for him to move in. We couldn’t be happier, he loves his studio apartment, raves about the food, and doesn’t miss the bus to Walmart! Most importantly, he feels secure knowing that the staff is just a push of the button away.

What a great experience!! I was concerned about moving my 90 year old mother into assisted living but, the folks at Brookdale Chenal Heights were just super. The facilities are clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and they look after mom in a kind and sincere manner. She is actually happy there and I enjoy going to visit her there as well. I do not do reviews or recommendations very often but I am happy to do this one as I could not be more pleased with the experience we have had at Brookdale Chenal. My standards and expectations are high and I have not been disappointed with our choice.
