What a wonderful place ... and the staff is terrific. I had to move my mom from out of state, our move in date had to be changed several times...Brian, the move in coordinator was fantastic. Incredibly helpful in assisting me with the details. I've had family members in other facilities ...at the Atrium you feel as if you are at a resort. The interior is beautiful, and great views of the lakes. The ambiance of the Atrium makes visiting there enjoyable ... you never get the feeling of being in a cold, "institution". Mom has been there two months, and I visit at least twice a week. Every staff person that I have encountered has been wonderful ... the nurses, administration and wait staff. I dine with her each time I am there ... a very nice menu with variety, she is really enjoying the food! The dining area is beautiful with views of the lake. The services they provide has made things so much easier for me ... I have been able to add levels of support given my mom's challenges. I looked at (and experienced) other facilities here in Arkansas and out of state. I feel so very fortunate to have found the Atrium...when I first walked in I thought "I could live here". That says it all.

The facility is beautiful & well maintained. The staff and residents are caring, welcoming & friendly. The dining, happy hour, theater, activities & amenities are just what my dad needs to meet new friends & stay active. Brian has been extraordinarily helpful by answering all of our questions, helping with move in logistics, and troubleshooting wifi, TV, and miscellaneous items. I truly appreciate the updates Brian provided regarding my dad’s adjustment during the first few days.

Called to see about an inquiry on their facility and staff. I wanted to make sure I felt comfortable even talking to the people before we started the transition. The person I talked to was very friendly and kind and knew the answers to my questions. They were the most helpful! It made my nerves ease up and Im very well pleased with their staff.

I visited the my friend Jim at the facility a few years ago and it has been kept up well. It is so nice sitting on Lake Hamilton. I would recommend the Atrium.

One of my really good friends mom wanted me to call and ask about the activities that are going on here. They were looking for a really clean and well put together retirement home and I felt that the Atrium met those criterias. I called and was transferred over to the activities department and I spoke over the phone with Gretchan Tharp. She told me about all the really good activities that she has planned for the residents. One of the things she does that the residents appreciate a lot is the smoothies. I heard a resident in the background yell that they really enjoyed the smoothies and that she does a great job at making them. Gretchan Tharp was a very pleasant person to talk to over the phone. My friends mom ended up staying home with her, but she said that The Atrium at Serenity Pointe would be her first choice to live at later on down the road.

I hate when individuals choose to air dirty laundry on reviews. Please consider situations like this as one-sided. I encourage any and all to contact me as the Executive Director to discuss any concerns you might have regarding any accusations or other negative reviews. After an accident, my parents who have lived in Hot Springs Village for 35 years needed help. Once we toured The Atrium there was no other choice. My dad has since died but the care he got before, and the care my mom has gotten since is better that I every could have imagined. The facilities are beautiful and immaculate, but the love and compassion of each and every employee surpasses everything else. They take time with each resident like they are their own family and with each step my mom takes in this new journey I get a text with a photo of her so I can know she is doing well. She loves it here and so do I.
