I've lived here for over 10 years and it "tops out" in every way.: beauty of natural area; exceptional facility with bright, modern conveniences, totally carefree living, nearby facilities, cooperative lifestyle, ownership benefits, WOW. Never make a Senior Independent Lining decision without first visiting and experiencing this outstanding option!

I'm a transplant from busy Long Island and I feel like I've moved to paradise. The area is so fantastic either for energetic bikers ,golfers,tennis,swimming etc... or just easy living. I no longer have to worry about lawn mowing,crabgrass all that stuff you wish you could leave till tomorrow and go golfing instead. Here at the Plaza no worry about broken appliances or air conditioners repairs there's just too much to mention. Believe me when I tell you if you need a change this PLAZA is the best of the best.

What a blessing to be living at The Plaza with so many of the worries of home ownership are taken care of. We have lived here over five years and we feel like we are living in a fancy residential hotel. All the amenities of Bella Vista are still available to us and we live with such nice, supportive neighbors. Don't wait, relocate!

We have lived here for 7 1/2 years. Great place to live. We were in our late 70's when we moved here. Too many people our age say we're not quite ready yet. You need to move before you have health issues. This is independent living. not assisted living.

We moved here 1 year ago in lieu of all the worries of home maintenance and expense. Not only that, all the amenities have made it "fun" living here. The neighbors are really friendly and willing to help in any way if needed. The management has been very cooperative and willing to assist in any way possible to make life more pleasant. I would encourage everyone to come to an open house or daily tour, to see for yourself the advantages of living here, as well as the peacefulness of the surrounding area. I moved to the Plaza 1.5 years ago after looking at numerous homes to buy in Bella Vista. I decided that I was tired of maintaining a home: frozen pipes, broken appliances, roof repair, lawn care, pest care, high utilities, etc. Large, beautiful apartments for independent living, NOT assisted living. This is the place to be: lazy luxury living after years of weekend chores or taking off work to be at home to wait on the repairman. I still go to work but I don't have to be here for an issue to be fixed. The locale is beautiful, it's quiet, and all your repair needs are handled. You don't even have to take your trash out or go to the curb to get your mail! Like to travel? How easy is it just to lock your door and go. No mail, package or intruder worries. This is the life. . . .

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and we love it here. The people are so warm and friendly and there's a lot of activities to participate in. The location is great as well. I highly recommend it.

My father has lived here for the past five years and loves it! We love to visit because of the beautiful trees the wonderful ambience and all of his friends in the community. Plus, my aunt is here too (one of the original residents) and wouldn't live anywhere else.
