This is a very beautiful retirement community. The staff is amazing! They treat you like family. There's all sorts of fun activities to keep you engaged and active. This will certainly be my new place to call home in a few short years.

The staff at Concordia welcomed my mother-in-law with open arms and continued to care for her (and us!) with utmost compassion throughout her stay - sensitive to every need, and completely committed to making her feel at home. They truly couldn’t have done more to lend our family the peace of mind we so needed at a very difficult time (THANK YOU, Renae, Lisa, Leah, Cindy and Mike!). We had the opportunity to meet many of the residents and everyone we met was so friendly and willing to come alongside mom to help her get acquainted and introduce her to others, inviting her to join them for meals and activities. Mom relocated recently, but only because she required more advanced care. I will miss visiting Concordia regularly but they might just find me dropping in to visit!

Mom and dad moved in Summer of 2019. They were so well taken care of by staff. After dad passed away in 2020, mom has gotten involved in many activities. Social activities have been frequent and fun! She has also been provided therapy and exercise classes for strength and mobility.

May dad who lives in Oklahoma will be moving to NWA and residing at Concordia of Bella Vista in the next month. Our Senior Consultant, Ms. Erin Hagar was so awesome, caring, energetic and just down right amazing! She is so loving to the “family” of residents, knowing all by name. As we we’re touring the facility, Erin would introduce dad to the residents we encountered, making dad feel so welcome. There was no pressure and she made sure she kept dad’s feelings in check at all times. Five stars for Erin and the Concordia staff!

When looking for a care facility for our mom, Concordia was one we reached out to. Immediately, the staff sent us helpful, comprehensive information about their facility and the services provided. And they were happy to answer any questions we had. When we went in for the tour, we were amazed at the friendliness of the staff and how welcoming the residents were. My mom is thrilled to be moving in next week!

I moved my mother to Concordia in Jan, 2020, just before the pandemic hit. The admin and staff undoubtedly faced the most difficult challenge in Concordias history in addressing the residents needs. They took every precaution to keep residents safe and healthy. They came up with creative activities to keep residents mentally and physically engaged while they were quarantined. When I had questions or concerns, they addressed them quickly and compassionately. One of the things I most appreciated was hearing their chaplain would stand outside each door, praying Gods protection from COVID-19 over each one. The restrictions that came with the pandemic made Moms transition more difficult, but I can truly say the admin and staff responded in the most professional and caring way possible. I cant express how much it meant to me to know my Mom was safe and well cared for during this incredibly challenging time. On another note, the facility is excellently maintained, clean, and my mom LOVES the food. I would recommend Concordia to anyone considering retirement living for themselves or a loved one

I have lived at Concordia Independent Living Center for 4.5 years and have loved every minute of it. Its the perfect place for an older single person as you have friends up and down the hall. To top that off, we also lots of staff who are the BEST!!!

Concordia is the best retirement community in Northwest Arkansas for seniors. They have affordable options and meet the needs of all their residents. The staff is amazing and are always going above and beyond to help the residents. This is a warm, family-like atmosphere!
