I recently visited this facility ! Due to possible placement for a family member .I am a seasoned nurse of 44 years I have worked in places for ever and some briefly ! I scheduled a walk through at this facility and was greeted awesome !! When I say seasoned I mean seen it all Lol They had no open beds which saddened me! I was so excited to see a facility with absolute caring for patients 100 %! This place had no odor only odor of wonderful food cooked as it was lunch when I came/ Residents all clean and happy !! Noted water /cup at all bedside I seen ! Plenty of staff and extremely orderly ! If anyone has the chance to have a loved one here 🙂 bare in mind how we as family members see one thing and just make a auto decision either its a bad place / or good place !!When we the family often suffer and are sad our loved ones is in this shape or so weak they cant take care them selves and we are angry we cant do it or want or unable !! People have to work and pay bills ...so we find a nice place for our loved ones to be !! Don't blame the facility take to God and he will give ya stillness !! Open your mind and heart be a volunteer!!! Bring snacks for staff !!! Thank the staff for being there to help all those residents who also have families who cant come !!! I would love to see all folks in community visit a nursing home monthly ...it would change your way of thinking and managing your time !! We are all gonna get old oneday ...and see this scenery of nursing home !! Chin Up ...God is watching us all !! I SAY Thank you all at Robertdale Rehab and nursing for what you do !!!

It’s a Clean facility. Nursing/care staff are very friendly. Therapists (OT PT Speech) have great rapport with patients. Fun activities planned for patients. Staff does the best they can to compensate coverage. It can be busy at times- but everyone seems to have a sincere investment in the care of the patients. They Allow for positive family involvement and planning of care.

I was sent to the facility for rehab following a hip revision. I was greeted when I came in the door by the staff and felt less apprehensive. The staff attended to all my needs promptly and always with a smile. The therapy staff worked hard to get me on my feet and walking The food was good, some things were really good like the chicken and fish. I was very nervous before I got there but everyone made my rehab experience pleasurable and made every effort to keep my pain under control. I would recommend this facility to anyone and their family. I hope to never need their services again but I will definitely go back here if needed.

This healthcare center is one of the best I have come across. Nice clean facility as well as good healthy meals for their patients. The employees are caring and attentive and easy to talk to and address any concerns/questions that you have in an efficient manner. I do highly recommend this healthcare center for your loved one’s needs.

My grandmother was on rehab for 15 days when she arrived after a 2 week stay at the hospital, she could not walk was very confused could do nothing for herself. after 15 days she went home walking and going on her own i would take her back every time she needs it. we have done great since our stay and would tell anyone to send their family for help

I am sharing review from a patient who I just spoke whom transfered from Robertsdale facility. She says the nurses and staff "talk down to residents and patients" there. My personal opinion on that is some of the staff working there must have never known what it's like to have a broken body part or chronic health condition such as I myself whom work in health care as well. Sad that a patient would feel that way when they are supposed to be receiving the utmost care. And no this patient was not demented she was in her right mind , she just had a broken body part.

Michelle and Everlene are so wonderful in the activities department! They truly have a love for each of the residents and take their job very serious. My mother-in-law was a resident here for several years and we were so pleased with the care she received. I am looking forward to being able to assist the activities department and the residents as much as I am able in the future. ‘™

So far so good. My mom has been here 2 days. I heard that all nursing homes are the same around here but this is not as bad as expected. No smells, nice nurses. We are only keeping her here a few weeks and I hope it will be as smooth as it has been so far.
