The grounds are professionally maintained for the benefit of our residents and their guests. Members of our staff are extensively trained to care for senior Montgomery residents and everything they need. We continually strive to assist our residents for the highest quality of life we can provide for them. John Knox at Arrowhead meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. John Knox At Arrowhead is a very small community. Mom is there and our experience has just been outstanding. Their rooms are adequate, especially for a person who does not need a lot of space. They have very good food. The common areas are clean as a pin and very attractively decorated. The staff is just absolutely outstanding. They are very friendly, warm, and inviting.

The person that was in charge of showing me around John Knox at Arrowhead was extremely knowledgeable, extremely kind, and extremely helpful. I feel like the actual facility was just a little shabby. Not that it wasn't clean, but it was rundown. I don't know if I would really want to stay there. The staff was nice. The room was a fair size, but it shared a bathroom with the room next door, and that didn't thrill me. I didn't like the building that much. It just wasn't quite right. The staff told me that they only had two caregivers at a time. They never let anybody take a bath alone, which is fine. They always have two caregivers in for a bath and that leaves everybody else in the building with nothing. That didn't sound like a really good idea to me. If you had a person that was not able to do much for themselves physically and they were OK with limited activities, it would probably be a good place. I didn't see anybody except the man showing me around. He was very nice, very knowledgeable, and very well informed.

John Knox At Arrowhead is a small community. The facility is very nice and well taken care of. The staff were very friendly. The rooms seemed very nice and clean.
