Friendly caring staff. One floor, convenient for my mom. Can get to activities easily. Staff is great at inviting and helping residents to remember activities. They feel like family. We love it here for my mom.

My experience has been very good. The staff cares for the residents like they are family. It’s clean and comfortable. Easy access to everything anywhere in the building.

I moved in 2/9/2024. I love it. All of the staff is friendly and consciencious. But I've noticed that some of the residents would complain no matter what. It's clean, well maintained, loving, like family. The staff try all they can to care for and engage the residents, even when the residents are difficult. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

A review by the current executive director of the facility should not be posted here. Of course she will give it 5 stars! Please proceed with caution. This property has it's good points but overall it is not worth the money or the worry. A tour will only give an impression of what they want you to see. My mom was there last year under the new management and it was a nightmare. I filed a complaint with the state authorities and was told there would be an investigation. Their lack of compassion was truly shocking in the end.

All of the reviews here are for Morningside, not The Neighborhood. My mother lived at both and they are not managed by the same company. Morningside had a good reputation and that is why I placed her there. This website should delete this page and add a new one. Please see [link removed]. I will post a review once a correction is made. For those seeking a review I can say mine will not be favorable.
