My dad is a resident in memory care at Madison on the Range. He was quickly declining during the pandemic, and our family knew he needed to be in an environment where he could receive more specialized care. Our family has been extremely pleased with the care he is receiving at Madison on the Range. Although wed rather be able to visit our dad inside the facility, its just not safe or feasible with the ongoing pandemic. The staff has been extremely helpful in coordinating porch visits and FaceTime calls. Our dad has a great rapport with the staff and has a very positive attitude most days. We love and always welcome the photos they send us when hes participating in activities. Our overall experience has been wonderful. Thanks to the staff for all of their hard work, providing a safe environment and care during a super difficult time.

We moved my Mother-in-law from Merrill Gardens to The Range when it first opened. I think she was resident #3. She initially moved into assisted living and loved it, but later had to move to Memory Care. We were extremely happy with everyone in assisted living building. The dining room (and especially the private dining, party room for private functions) was great. Everyone was most helpful, friendly and made her feel at home. Activities kept her busy! After moving to Memory Care this year, and the Pandemic-- there was no change in quality of service, care. Could not be happier with management and staff ! Our Thanks to Terri and all her quality staff.

We are very pleased with the care my Dad is receiving at Madison at the Range in memory care. Hes doing well and has a great attitude. He loves the food and has maintained his weight. He has a great rapport with the staff. We are very appreciative of the extra effort they have made to keep residents and families connected during the covid 19 pandemic. We are able to call, set up FaceTime calls, and enjoy porch visits. We also receive photos of Dad participating in various activities. The peace of mind knowing that he is safe and well cared for is priceless. Thanks to Teri and the memory care staff for walking this alzheimers disease journey with our family!

We could not possibly be more pleased with or grateful for the staff and management team at Madison at the Range, especially during these trying times. Our mother has lived in memory care there for almost a year and a half and they treat us all like family. We love knowing that we can contact them day or night if we have questions or concerns about her and a friendly, caring staff member always takes the time to assist. They have kept us in touch with her during this time when we have been unable to visit her either by phone or Facetime and we have appreciated it so much. We also appreciate the great links they have gone to in order to keep her and all the residents safe during this challenging time. The fact that the facility is beautiful is just an added bonus! We would definitely recommend Madison at the Range to anyone who needs professional, loving, care for a loved one with dementia.

LOVING CARE DURING A HORRID TIME It is a horrid time for Memory Care Residents. Despite explaining to our Brother why he must wear a mask and take extra precautions during COVID-19, he does not remember our conversations. We feel extremely fortunate that our Brother is a Resident at Madison At The Range Memory Care. Not only are the Staff Members going above and beyond with sanitation procedures they also continue to go above and beyond in their love and care. We always see smiles on the Staffs faces. They answer our every question. When we call to speak with the Charge Nurse, we receive a prompt response. We realize that during COVID-19 the Staff Members work includes so much more than pre-COVID. It must be extremely frustrating for Memory Care Staffs to disinfect, clean, and keep their Residents safe during COVID-19 yet their interactions with us are always positive. We bought Brother a new phone when he moved to The Range. I have lost count of how many times a Range Staff Member responds to our request to turn on his phone when he has accidently turned it off. Time and time again the Range Staff diligently works to ensure we can communicate with our Brother. Often times an Alzheimers patient will be less concerned about their appearance. The Range Staff makes certain that Brother is clean and in fresh clothing. It is rewarding to see him physically cared for. We were able to tour The Range before COVID-19. It is a beautiful facility. Most importantly it has beautiful souls taking care of the Residents.

WOW!!! Thats what I said when I walked through the front doors! Shepherd Living is absolutely beautiful and feels like a 5 star resort. Their farm to table cuisine is consistently delicious, and the staff is amazing at caring for everyone! It is always a joy to see the residents enjoying time together, whether theyre simply chatting, playing games, dining together, or participating in wellness classes. The tavern is really cool, too! I highly recommend Shepherd Living if youre looking for Independent or Assisted Living, or Memory Care.

While putting a loved one in an assisted living home is one of the hardest task Ive ever had to do, the Team at Madison at the Range made it easy for my Mom and I, Teri Burke, Susan Rogers, Mellisa Hayes, Brandy Bodine, Ms Jo, Cindy, Debra, Keith, Brent, Pat, Tara and a whole host of others have made this an enjoyable experience. Bobbie, Abigail and I personally recommend Madison at the Range for your Assisted Living and Memory care needs.

My Sister in-law is now living at Shepard Living at the Range. We moved her hare from Arizona and worried how she would do. The staff, health Aids, and others are very positive cheerful and kind and she loves it there! They are also very professional and always listen when I have a concern for her. The food is great!! The rooms are a little small. However, she spends most of her time out of her room socializing which is how it should be!

I have had the pleasure of visiting Shepherd Living at The Range on several occasions. It is a beautiful and thoughtfully designed facility staffed by attentive, detail-oriented and customer-focused professionals who provide a variety of first-class services to their guests. The food is outstanding -- both creative and tasteful – and is prepared-to-order and served by a trained staff. I highly recommend this wonderful facility to my mature friends!
