My Mom was here for about a year until her death in October. The staff was attentive to her, even when she was not so nice to them. As in all facilities there are bad employees and good employees. When we did have an issue, management handle our issue quickly and to our satisfaction. My biggest issue is they are understaffed with techs and RNs

We just moved my husbands Mom to the Orchard, which is the memory unit. First, THE DOORS ARE LOCKED at all times. The staff is very kind, this is very important to us because Mom is blind and nearly deaf.The facility is very clean, the food is very good. Weve had no complaints.
