I recently viewed a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with Steve who provided a friendly and efficient tour of the Village and its 55+ adult living building. I was surprised at the large size of the whole property. Lots of amenities, many I doubt I would use. The decision to take this suite was needed almost immediately along with all paperwork within 24hrs. The monthly rent along with parking and pet fees were higher than I expected. Communication with the rental office was positive, timely, and helpful. A good experience was enjoyed. Thanks!

The staff is, without a doubt, amazing! I have always received assistance from Miranda, the residential manager whenever I needed it. I feel so welcome thanks to Bonny, who never ceases to smile. Becca, Ines, and Carine all have a kind heart, and even after me moving from Toronto to Edmonton, they all make me feel right at home. Village at the Hamptons is an excellent option for anyone looking for a place to call home.

Great place to rent. As soon as you move in you have a feeling you belong to the community. People here are so welcoming. Rental Office staff is always there to help and will make sure they look after any enquiry you might have. Huge Thanks to Ines for helping wit all the stuff I asked for. For sure she works hard to make sure everyone feels like home here.

I have called Village at the Hamptons home for 3 years and can say that I am very happy here! The amenities are great and the community events are just amazing! The staff are very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. This place is a scam, management is arrogant, they’ll charge you for anything that breaks in the apartment even if you didn’t break it. They gave me a faulty key fob for underground parking, it stopped working a few weeks later, I went to request a new one and they charged me $150 for it. Cars have been broken into while in the underground parkade, if you go to the office and complain they simply say they’re not responsible, even worse they won’t let you change your parking options.

My husband love this place, we feel secure, and love all the enmities on site. Having in suit laundry really helps, and the on site security at night allows me the comfort that if anything happens someone will be there.

I have lived at Village at the Hamptons for almost two years now. We have participated in many of the events they put together and have had a very enjoyable time. This community is really great and staff is very friendly and eager to help. We plan to be here till we buy our first home. I reccomend this company and its been so far an amazing experience. I love living here. From the day I came in for a viewing with Emily, the service was excellent she was so nice, It continued right through move in, such a easy process. I am most excited for the summer here, seems like there will be a lot of fun things to do. They even keep the residents connected during this whole pandemic, which is awesome. My apartment is so nice. Its a combination of everything i loved with my last 2 places :). I look forward to a long term rental here 🙂

I moved here in March from a basement suite and what an upgrade it was! I have a dog and I love the dog wash and the community dog run! Great alternative to not having a house with a yard. Staff are really responsive and helpful when I need anything. I really LOVE the gym with the steam room. I also love the events like the Food truck Fridays in the summer! There is always something exciting going on. My neighbors are great, I feel a great sense of community here and really enjoy it!

Great place to live. We have lived here for two years. Unfortunately due to a medical concern, we had to move out. The staff were always helpful. Our move out inspection was just what I expected. They showed up on time, went over everything in the suite,, and said we are good to go, and good luck in the future. I would highly recommend The Hamptons to anyone. We lived in the 55+ building. Ive loved my experience with premium rentals! The village at the Hamptons is a beautiful complex run by extremely professional, personable, and knowledgeable staff. Emily in particular has been amazing and is making the leasing process easy and comfortable for us, as well as answering all of our questions and concerns. Im looking forward to renting from premium rentals and moving into such an amazing complex! Thank you Emily for being so amazing!

I want to personally thank Emily and Staff for their kindness in allowing me ( a senior) to back out of a signed lease due to an error on my part of not listening to what Emily was telling me regarding the unit I was renting. They could have kept all of my deposit but they opted to return $299.00 back to me. I loved the suite and all the amenities they offer and I was extremely disappointed when I could not move there. We have been living at this property for over a year and I am so happy with it! The staff in the office are simply amazing. Zernia is easy to talk to and eases your concerns with solutions. She is approachable and always returns my calls when I leave a message. This place is the total package. Our initial move to Edmonton was quick and we rented to just get here now we will continue to rent and are staying right here. If I could give it 6 stars I would.
