My father deteriorated quickly and I needed 24/7 assistance in addition to hospice care. Ivan was quick to answer my call and schedule a subsequent appointment. He and his team immediately won me over, but more importantly, my dad. The team was respectful, thoughtful and professional. They went above and beyond my expectations and made my dads last few weeks here as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The team essentially became extended family and allowed my dad to stay in his home which was extremely important to him. Thank you Ivan and team for the wonderful care!

Caring senior service is the best company I've ever worked for. The people I work for and with is what makes me love my job even more every day. No matter what they are always there 24/7 for emergencies, scheduling questions, and simply just communication. They keep us well informed, along with our clients of anything new or changing. They treat me and all other caregivers as family and with respect. There more than just a company with a name. There very caring and thoughtful people giving the best care they possibly can. Ive never seen a company go above and beyond for not only there clients but there workers. I would highly recommend working for caring senior service or using the company for care. If my nana were still here I'd sign her up immidieatly to know that she had the best care while I was gone.

I am a current employee of caring senior services and I have to say they are amazing people to work for and the clients are blessings in so many ways, I love being apart of this team, they are and treat there clients and staff like family!! They management staff are always there when you need them!! It has been a month since my father passed away. The losing of a loved one is a heart wrenching experience. However, your excellent service and care for him and my mother made it almost tolerable. You have outstanding caregivers. You obviously screen them very strictly. We felt that you matched personalities of the caregiver to my parents perfectly. Also, we love the fact that you drove to my parents house... which is not close to anyone... and personally introduce each caregiver the first time they visited us. This was a wonderful and comforting benefit of choosing your firm. Your team was efficient, kind, and caring. Everything you would look for when trusting a loved one into the care of another person. After having the privilege of working with Ivan and Amy during a challenging time of caring for my dad, I would strongly recommend their sitting service, Caring Senior Service, to anyone who is caring for a loved one. First of all, I appreciated their thoroughness. Ivan called to gather relevant information that would help the sitters meet Dad's needs before he took the first sitter to meet Dad. Amy, who is a nurse, interviewed and assessed Dad's condition. Ivan consulted with me whenever a problem occurred. Dad was probably one of their more challenging clients because of his strong personality, "I can do it myself "attitude, and his paralyzing fear of falling.
