Needed home care for a very picky 95 year old father. Administratively, they are very accommodating and communicate well. They are exceeding expectations in making the schedule work, and adaptive as his needs change. Rapid response to questions and concerns. The home care providers are excellent - professional and caring. Competent, dependable, trustworthy employees are difficult to find in today's labor pool, but they have found them. Couldn't be happier.

They gave me a caregiver Wednesday but paperwork was being emailed I could never get paperwork. Vivian never would call me to communicate. Wore me down 3rd day. Very sad. I was so tired checking back with them. I asked if I wasn't a fit. They left me hanging 5 hours. I would say to not expect respect towards a lead on client....

I interviewed Ambassadors while staying with my mom during her hip surgery at St. Luke's Hospital in 2012. She remained for a three-week rehabilitation, and I needed to return home. Mom's caregiver was terrific! Our needs changed over the years, with my father needing care, and now 24-hour care allows mom to stay in her home. With a few bumps in the road, Ambassadors Caregivers' office administration has been dependable, prompt, and professional. Mom's caregivers offer kind and considerate care that is above and beyond the usual, each one enriching mom's day.
