Visited my mom here and I have to say I really liked it. There are a few things that need fixing or replacing but the overall layout of the single unit (I didn't see a 2br unit) was very spacious and comfortable. I'm considering living there myself!

FIVE YEARS AGO AT AGE 80, I ASKED A FRIEND WHERE SHE LIVED. SHE SAID "WATSON FARMS, AND I FEEL LIKE I DIED AND WENT TO HEAVEN." NEEDING A PLACE TO RENT, I INVESTIGATED. AND WAS MOVED IN A MONTH LATER. IN THE FIVE YEARS SINCE, I HAVE NEVER REGRETTED A DAY. EVERY MORNING I LOVE BEING HERE MORE. RELAXING, QUIET AND PEACEFUL, ALL YARD WORK AND SNOW REMOVAL DONE, AND MAINTENANCE PERFORMED IN EVERY WAY IN THIS APARTMENT, FRIENDLY NEIGHBORS, YET YOU HAVE COMPLETE PRIVACY. THE PERFECT PLACE FOR ME.
