I live here. Apartments are nice. Full size appliances. But was recently sold to Cornerstone Residential. So if you were told there was a shuttle service, forget it. That's the first thing they got rid of. They are planning on stopping utilities included in the rent. So if you don't drive or have someone to help you, your choices are having groceries delivered or doing without. They don't want you to call or go to the office either. They prefer to be emailed. So if you don't use a smart phone or have data, or the Internet, you once again get the short end of the stick. I guess they feel that Seniors are a waste of space and the sooner we die or move out the happier they will be. They are pet friendly for the time being.

The buildings look good, the insides are beautiful, but the roads in between the driveways need maintenance. Cracks and chunks of concrete are missing in these areas.

Cowboy properties sold it and it seems like it's gone downhill. Since then some of the staff are very rude and not very kind And maintenance is not very handy and helpful. Would be kind of the last place that I would recommend.

We have a church service every Sunday at the Tregaron Community Building. I've never had any problem with anyone and everyone is welcome to come. The apartments, and the hallways to the apartments, have been well maintained. No holes, water damage or any other noticeable problems. Every resident I've met, have been extremely helpful and kind to my family and myself. The Community Building has been clean and seemed to me to be well kept. The kitchen area and the men's restroom have what was needed to function. The water ran and got warm and the toilets flushed. They have a work out room, computer room and a little collection of books that are clean and seemed to be well maintained.

I don't understand how Tregarron Sr residences can accept renters that need extra help when this is supposed to be independent living... It's heartbreaking.
