Last Friday evening, June 27, 2025, the temperature had been extremely high and humid the entire day. As the evening wore on, I noticed that the temperature in my apartment became uncomfortably hot. I realized that the air conditioning unit had stopped working. It was after hours so I called the After Hours Emergency Maintenance number. Shortly thereafter, the building manager, Bryane Brinkley. called me. He was clearly concerned about the situation and my discomfort. After exploring all options, Bryane realized that he would be unable to a get a repairman that evening. The earliest that he could get a repairman to diagnose and fix the problem would be at10:00 AM the following morning. The empathy and concern for my situation and for my discomfort could clearly be heard in Bryane's voice. He helped me to brainstorm to get the assistance of my neighbor so that I could borrow his fan to get through the night. The following morning the repairman arrived 35 minutes early. He was able to repair the air conditioning unit within a short period of time. Shortly thereafter, Bryane arrived at my apartment. He came to be sure that the repair had successfully been made and that I was comfortable. I was extremely impressed! Bryane was off duty, on his personal time. In spite of that, he went above and beyond the call of duty to come to my apartment, on a Saturday morning, to make sure that the repair had been satisfactorily made and that I was comfortable. It is clear that Bryane deeply cares about his residents and that he will do whatever he can to provide the best service possible for them. What Bryane did was a wonderful act of kindness, one that I will never forget. This company is privileged to have Bryane Brinkley in its employ. I am extremely grateful that he is here. My mom lives there. When the weather's bad I stay with her so I can drive for uber and not drive the crazy roads back to Ellettsville.

Hello, my husband and I are both disabled. Marvin is in a Hover round power chair, and I use a Rollator Walker. We were the first ones toove in here, and are thankful everyday for our beautiful apartment. It is totally handicap accessible. Even the shower area makes it very easy for us to safely get our shower. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. We also have Bingo once a month which is enjoyed by all who attend. The Mobile library bus comes twice a month. It is conveniently located near IMA for Doctor's appointments. Come and join us here at Patterson Point. You will be glad you did.
