I have had an issue for while that needed to be addressed. Every manager I spoke to didn't resolve the issues. I was feeling very frustrated with not having a manager that would help me. Kayla just started here about two months ago. I told Kayla about the same issues that I had told the other managers that wouldn't help me. Kayla responded very quickly and professionally and resolved the issues. I thank you so much and Iam forever grateful this change is going to make my life so much better in so many ways. Iam so happy that we have a wonderful manager that knows her job and cares about the people that live here.Thank you again !
