Elevator is always breaking down. They hired a new company to fix it and they started in February... it's beginning of June and it still isn't working. The rent went up but our services went down. We have elderly folks in 4th floor that have a hard time walking down 4 flights of stairs and the complex has not tried to accommodate the tenants in any way besides suggesting to transport them down with the ambulance of needed to go somewhere. Aww.. how thoughtful... I tried calling cooperate but never get a human on the phone.. it's always voicemail. There's no communication unless I contact office and sometimes I feel like being a bother.

This is NOT a senior apartment. The new management opened it up to all ages and most of the seniors moved out, including me.

This complex is going through wonderful renovations. Although incomplete it is located in a quiet neighborhood and the management, which also just changed this year is very professional. My two young children and I feel at home here with our friendly, quiet neighbors.

Brentwood has been a wonderful place to stay since I moved in. Haven't had any issues. Management is very kind & welcoming! Since I've moved in I've seen consistent changes to the general upkeep and overall appearance of the complex. Would recommend!!
