My father lived at the Auburn Court for a while and he really enjoyed it. The units are spacious and ave great layouts for handicap folks. The staff are friendly and very helpful as well. Close shopping was a huge plus for him as well.

We have an awesome maintenance guy!!! Professional service guy with patience and love for the residents and very knowledgeable about his work. WE HAVE TO KEEP THIS GUY !!! LEON THE BEST EVER!!'we appreciate him.

I just moved in and it is just fine for my needs. I am getting older and on a fixed income so, I need things close by. Everyone is very nice even the office staff. This is nice since when getting older you really need less stress in your daily life.I love the set up in apartment they have plenty of maintenance staff, a housekeeper for the common areas, washers and dryers. This is really a great community there is so much more positive things going on. I would encourage anyone who is on limited income to talk with staff. This community is less stressed than my last apartment community that I lived at for 11 years.

Apartments for seniors are small but livable. Problem with theft and several car break-ins, almost weekly. Homeless next door in the wetlands. Good residents for the most part. Kudos to Leon (Maintenance-He is always there when you need him and does a great job) and Jara (Front Office) both seem to be the two here that care the most for us. Shout out to Nan in the food bank, great job!

Auburn Court, is a very pleasant senior complex, in Auburn close to so many, Stores, restaurant's, everything one family might need. The Staff Here are kind, helpful, friendly. I'm glad I chose Auburn Court my forever Home. I also give much Thanks to Patti

Auburn court is a nice place to live. Residents are great, for the most part. Some rules not enforced...allowing people to park in lot who don't live here makes it hard for residents to find parking spaces. Smoking everywhere. New Manager Joshua I think will make a difference and be a big plus. He seems to really care. Jara is a huge asset. Always been an advocate for the residents, unlike previous management. And Leon, in maintenance, is the glue that holds this place together physically. Huge security problem. Homeless always walking all around and in the property, leaving trash and causing problems. Vandalism and theft of cars is out of control. Break-ins every other day and a car is stolen about once a week. Parent company, Fairfield, located in San Diego, is aware of all this but has done nothing to address it. Talk of cameras going in, but that wouldn't stop it. Things like ground maintenance, bark dust in planters, trimming of trees, have all been stymied or put off by corporate, despite Joshua's best efforts. Fairfield needs to actually come to its property, talk to the residents, and show they actually care about this place, and not just their bottom line...

A friend lives there but from what I've seen and noticed it's clean everything is well taken care of the ground same building and the tenants appear to follow stipulations of their lease agreement as far as noise and trash

It is an older property, but very clean and well maintained. The manager for building 1 is amazing. She is helpful, friendly and very kind all while running a tight ship. Her pleasant attitude trickles down to the residents. When you are here you can tell that the residents have become a big family because they help each other out and are always looking out for each other. It's a great place to be!

It's okay. Rent is too high. People are very friendly. Bad odor in one apartment that is unremovable even with sprays,carpet wash and candle burning aroma. We can't figure out what it is or where it is coming from. They keep it locked which is good. And location is excellent that's what you are paying for if renting there. Thx!

This place is not your regular shagwe do no have the amenities that the 62 and older bldgs. We do not have gardens on the roofs or do we have potlucksabout the only entertainment we have is bingo and watching the drama in Freddy parking lot Its really sad to see so many unhappy folks h
