We lived here for 4 years, when we first moved I we had fantastic neighbors and management, maintenance was great. Into our 2nd year everything started to deteriorate . Many people had pets that they were not picking up after. We had multiple issues with our AC on several weekends (that were extremely hot)that were not addressed until the following week. There was matters with neighbors fighting in the parking lot, that to our knowledge were not addressed. We were told they were but the issues continued. There was constant doors being slammed daily all day knocking items off our walls.These apartments are very insulated so for us to hear door slamming it seemed intentional. There are no amenities at this complex which was unfortunate. I will say the apartments are a great size and the area is clean. But as with most places the cost is high for an apartment with nothing for its renters.

As I've took the time learning the trees and beautiful mother Nature for quite some time as an idea alkire gate would be absolutely amazing doing photo shoots for weddings,family,couples.

I have lived here for 4 years, and I absolutely love it here. It is quiet, the apartments are very spacious. Since I have been here we have had a few managers, but the one we have now (Catherine) she is very polite, professional, and understanding. I am so appreciative for everything she has been able to do. She is amazing!

Cathern, who manages Alkire Gate, is very proactive. Anytime I have either a question or a maintenance issue, it is addressed throughly and promptly. I have only had a couple of maintenance issues. Gary had it fixed the same day. Recently, I turned on my furnace for the first time of the season. It didn't work. Cathern had it fixed at the end of the day. I highly recommend Alkire Gate as a great place to live. Kudos to Cathern, who manages Alkire Gate and Gary for his hard work. Jim Breibach
