I have been living here at Clyburn and I renewed my lease for another year mainly because of the property manager, Yasmin. Because of her bilingual skills & humanistic people skills in the way she is fair and listens to each tenant's situation. Also, since she has been here she has been providing opportunities by making different activities so tenants can get to know each other. Thanks for all your help Yasmin!

Property is well-appointed, super-clean; residents are fantastic. Property Manager, Yasmin and Facilities Manager, Greg are Exemplars of Excellence, establishing the benchmarks for the industry in expedience, conviviality, regulatory protocols and care.

Yasmin manager is very delightful with great personality and treats everybody with respect. Greg is a real good, dependable, maintenance worker. Both are an asset at this bldg. No complaints.

My grandmother lives here! The facilities are clean and very well kept. I haven't met management but my aunt & grandma tell me that they are very attentive to the needs of the residents. When I visit it seems very peaceful and serene inside. I've noticed that they have NO ISSUE with family visiting or even grandchildren spending a day or two... that's awesome (at least to me it is)! My grandma means the WORLD to me so her safety and well-being is #1! I do believe Clyburn is an AWESOME residential neighborhood for our elders to live and I pray they keep up the good work! Shalom

I have been living at Clyburn at Stapleton for several years and have gone through many Property Managers; about 6 months or so ago, a NEW Manager was hired, named Yasmin. This young Lady is cordial, very professional, approachable, always helpful, and a pleasure to deal with every time I've encountered her. On top of her great welcoming attitude; she has an efficient, seasoned and on-time Maintenance Manager and she keeps the property well maintained inside and outside. I've been close to leaving and moving out of this Senior Apartment Complex; but since this NEW Manager came, she has improved the quality of living at this place; her customer service is second to none, and impressed with her professionalism and customer service attitude. This is a great place to consider, if you're a Senior.

New manager is super friendly and respectful to all. I appreciate that if I fill out a maintenance request for my mom, even if it is non-urgent, they always come the next day. Great work here at the Clyburn!

I enjoy living here. Peaceful building. Mr. Greg our maintenance gentleman is simply awesome. Very professional and on time. Our new manager appears very helpful and professional. I've been here going on my second year and I'm very pleased . Also newly upgrade on each floor looks great. Less germs than previous carpets .

Transitioning to senior living can be challenging. Clyburn at Stapleton provides an attractive and inviting senior living environment. Clyburn manager, Yasmin, assisted every step of the way to facilitate the move, and continues to help, personably and professionally, as needed! Clyburn at stapelton is a excellent senior living apartment complex. The management team works hard to support residents needs. The complex is near stores, parks for dogs and the beautiful Fred Thomas Park. As a resident I have had excellent support at the residence.

This a 55+ active senior living apartments. My Aunt lives here. They have sOme problems with plumbing that occurs a little more frequently than normal. Management can be rude @ times. The building its self is decent the grounds are clean. Needs a lot of corrections
