Jasmin, thank you for all that you do for the Clyburn Community. Your respectfulness and professionalism are top notch. The efforts you make in keeping the place clean for all of us as residents to enjoy has not gone unnoticed-your welcoming smile is contagious-because it caused me to smile whenever I see and talk with you. Thank you. I also must talk about Blake, in Maintenance. About two weeks ago, the Electricity went out in both bedrooms. This was about 5:30pm on a Saturday, but because I was able to procure light from other parts of my apartment, I waited until Monday Morning. As I got around the corner to Blake’s office to leave my maintenance request, he walked around the corner from the elevator. He immediately greared me with a happy Good morning, a nice smile and ask how he can help. I explained my situation to him, and without any hesitation, he opened his door dropped his backpack on the chair and said, Ii’ll follow you now to your apartment. He quickly found the problem, fixed it, checked to ensure everything was working, and explained the electrical breaker to me. The respect and care Blake showed me leaves a lasting impact on me. Thank you Blake for being a great person.

I am brand new at the Clyburn apartments and I found Yasmin the manager to be kind, pleasant and she really has a heart for seniors and for what she does. I haven't had an encounter with maintenance yet, but if or when I do I feel confident that I will be equally pleased with them!

I feel blessed to call Clyburn Apartments my new home. I could not have envisioned a more welcoming environment created by the thoughtful, professional and warm personalities of both Yasmin (Community Managerr) and Gilbert (Maintenance Manager). Yasmin has provided exceptional assistance to ensure that I can take advantage of the wonderful Residence apps that are offered.

I've been living here for a month now, and I don't regret it. Yasmin, the Community Manager is amazing with people here. I truly see and feel that she genuinely cares for the welfare of the people. I often see her working so hard behind the desk, and around and about the facility. She made me feel so welcome, and has met my needs tremendously. Also the maintenance man, that seems to be a one man army, is the best. He works diligently for us , and he certainly took care of the maintenance needs right away that I needed. I am still learning names , but I believe his name is Gilbert. If not, I apologize in advance! Thanks for a great staff and friendly residents as well. ’

Thank you Yasmin ( office mgr)for alway being professional and patient. Always pleasant and available to assist when needed. The facility here are will maintain with Gilbert who is in charge of maintenance. I really like being so close all the stores and Northfield to go shopping. All the residents are so friendly. I filled out a slip for maintenance waiting for him to pick it up instead you pick up the phone and called him and the job was quickly and taken care of. Gilbert the new maintenance gentleman is absolutely wonderful! He comes to work with a smile and he works hard and he completes the job any job that is put before him correctly and in a timely manner. Because of her bilingual skills & humanistic people skills in the way she is fair and listens to each tenant's situation. I have been living at Clyburn at Stapleton for several years and have gone through many Property Managers; about 6 months or so ago, a NEW Manager was hired, named Yasmin. This young Lady is cordial, very professional, approachable, always helpful, and a pleasure to deal with every time I've encountered her. On top of her great welcoming attitude; she has an efficient, seasoned and on-time Maintenance Manager and she keeps the property well maintained inside and outside. I've been close to leaving and moving out of this Senior Apartment Complex; but since this NEW Manager came, she has improved the quality of living at this place; her customer service is second to none, and impressed with her professionalism and customer service attitude. This is a great place to consider, if you're a Senior.

My grandmother lives here!°° The facilities are clean and very well kept. I haven't met management but my aunt & grandma tell me that they are very attentive to the needs of the residents. When I visit it seems very peaceful and serene inside. I've noticed that they have NO ISSUE with family visiting or even grandchildren spending a day or two... that's awesome (at least to me it is°°)! My grandma means the WORLD to me so her safety and well-being is #1’’™’°! I do believe Clyburn is an AWESOME residential neighborhood for our elders to live and I pray they keep up the good work! I enjoy living here. Peaceful building. Mr. Greg our maintenance gentleman is simply awesome. Very professional and on time. Our new manager appears very helpful and professional. I've been here going on my second year and I'm very pleased . Also newly upgrade on each floor looks great. Less germs than previous carpets ’.

Clyburn at stapelton is a excellent senior living apartment complex. The management team works hard to support residents needs. The complex is near stores, parks for dogs and the beautiful Fred Thomas Park. As a resident I have had excellent support at the residence.

This a 55+ active senior living apartments. My Aunt lives here. They have sOme problems with plumbing that occurs a little more frequently than normal. Management can be rude @ times. The building its self is decent the grounds are clean. Needs a lot of corrections
