I’ve visited Everleigh on a few occasions and the staff is always so welcoming. The building is kept in great shape and the concierge is friendly and super helpful. The residents seem to genuinely love living at this community.

Visiting a resident of this senior community you notice that the building is well maintained and tastefully designed. The appointments are big enough but not huge. It appears there are many amenities as well.

I moved into Everleigh Central Park in July of 2021. From the outset the entire Everleigh team went out of their way to make sure every possible need of the residents were taken care of. The property is immaculate, any maintenance issue is resolved immediately, and there are numerous activities should one want to become involved in the community. Everleigh is not just an apartment community it is a home. Thank you to everyone for making this such a positive experience.

The Grove is a beautiful very well maintained residence. The staff are all super friendly and very happy to help in any way. The social life is well planned with versatility to accommodate all residents. Danny keeps us all busy even with COVID-19 limitations. We have enjoyed balcony bingo, well organized bbqs with social distancing, and virtual wine tastings with a Sonoma wine representative. Timi and Andrew maintain the facilities meticulously and have been especially conscientious during our COVID-19 shut down Taylor, our manager, is always available to help and answer any questions. The residents are wonderful, friendly and very welcoming. I feel very fortunate to live at The Grove.

My mother and I have found the Grove to be quit endearing. Having moved here with high hopes of both my mother and I making lifetime friends, searching for more activity in both of our lives to longing to feel safe in our environment, The Grove, to include all staff, have surpassed all of our wishes. The ENTIRE staff, fellow tenants and adorable fur babies have adopted us into their very loving Grove family. The Activity Coordinator along side top notch Maintenance Crew and Senior Staff have mastered keeping this Grove family happily grooving at the Grove. My mother and I are looking forward to living our best life here at The Grove at Stapleton. Heart felt thank you to the entire Grove staff for making us feel cared for, respected and at home.

I have lived here over two years and loved it from the beginning. I moved here from out of state, knowing no one, bur my family. It was instant friendship. There are activities for just about any interest. The staff are excellent and respond quickly. This is my home!

The grove is one of the most vibrant communities I know. The staff treat the residents with respect, and the activities are unmatched from anything Ive ever seen. The Maintanace supervisor, Timi —- she knows her business!! Just ask, shes always happy to explain if something is wrong! If you want a safe, fun community with the most amazing staff — pick the grove! Some of the best residents Ive ever gotten to know!

I am a very happy resident of The Grove at Stapleton. I have lived here over a year and love the facility and staff at The Grove. Covid-19 has interrupted the wonderful social interaction physically, but the staff have gone out of their way to entertain us and keep us in touch with each other via Zoom and social distancing activities. The facility has been meticulously cleaned continuously and deliveries are supervised and monitored by staff. I feel very safe and care for by the great staff here at The Grove.

I have lived here for two years. I like my apartment, the building, but especially the residents. I enjoy most of the residents that live here. Having read earlier reviews, I agree there was a problem with the previous manager before Taylor. Most facilities will always have some sort of problem, s, but even with the prior property manager, people stayed on here due to the friends theyve made here, and often nearby children. I find this location convenient for me. Its walkable, near shopping that I value, convenient to many parts of Denver, and highways. Im very pleased with the area.. The recent review from GN never had their grandma living here, and is most likely a disgruntled ex-employee. The maintenance manager is straight as an arrow and has nothing to do with drugs! She is the most competent individual one could have in their employ.. We have an assortment of retired residents living here...healthcare workers, lawyers, lots of teachers, clergy...not just the professions, but all walks of life. When the restrictions from Covid-19 lift, I think the new residents will feel this sense of community..

We just moved in and love it already! We are especially impressed with the wonderful maintenance crew. When we moved in, I made a list of tiny little things we noticed on move-in, things such as a drop of dried paint in the bathtub, or a bent door stop. I just wanted to document those items to make sure we would not be charged for them later on. I was surprised when the maintenance crew showed up and fixed every single, teeny tiny item on my list. Very impressive how the maintenance guys care for their tenants!

If youre thinking about moving to The Grove at Stapleton, think again!! For the rent you pay, the services are less than desirable. The manager (Tonya) is evil, not friendly, doesnt pay the bills and is just overall nasty. DO NOT MOVE YOUR AGING FAMILY INTO THIS PLACE UNTIL SHE IS GONE!! The majority of people who live here are caring, loving, seniors that just want a minimum level of comfort. They want to be able to use what they were promised which isnt happening. No pool, hot tub because the manager didnt get proper permits when built. No end in sight for it to open. Pathetic!

Judy and I have been blessed to have made the Grove at Stapleton our new home. There are so many things to do here and the management and residents take pride in the community they have developed here. We have made many lifelong friends and would love to make a bunch more, come down and check out the Grove.

Havent lived in an apartment for 45 years but I must say the people who live here are very friendly and sociable. Many amenities that create a warm atmosphere for us who are 55 years young. Great place to live and great people to be a part of.

A hidden gem. Easy to drive by on Syracuse and MLK without appreciating what it is like. The best parts of the building (amenities)are only seen off Trenton. Most important though is the Community who live here. We were pleasantly surprised and continue to meet new and interesting neighbors. Did not feel the need for a social program when we chose to move here, but it is terrific and getting better as the community grows. There is a critical mass needed for planned events and we may be reaching it. Management and maintenance have both been very responsive and receptive to suggestions and requests. It is a bit pricier than some other communities but the value is there. Great staff! To our Denver friends, come see us. Glad to show you where we are and why.
