I cannot say enough kind words about Balfour. The staff, nursing, food, and amenities are wonderful. Knowing my mom is at a safe place has given me a peace of mind that is priceless.

I worked there as a nurse aid, the place was very clean, the facility is organized good care and great team work for anyone looking for job, I would recommend this place. I loved everything about this place.

Moved Mom from MorningStar to Balfour (after dealing with 1-1, 2 years of nothing but problems with MorningStar). The difference between MorningStar and Balfour? NIGHT and DAY!!! The care is exemplary, the food AMAZING, and the activities are stimulating and fun. The staff is quickly responsive to mom, and they are always responsive and helpful to family members. Mom is in Memory Care. Memory Care here is not like being incarcerated (my mothers words). She wears a tracking fob that allows her to move freely about the facility, but will warn caregivers if she is somewhere she is not supposed to be. She can press her call button anywhere in the facility, and because of the tracking system, they know EXACTLY where she is - the fob does not just tell caregivers her room number. A few more HUGE pluses? When mom pushes the call button on her call necklace, someone ACTUALLY SHOWS UP!! In addition, family members are given fobs to be able to enter and exit the facility AND Memory Care at will. No more having to search between 10-40 minutes to find someone to unlock the door to leave Memory Care. For the first time since she has been in senior care, I can sleep soundly knowing that mom is TRULY being cared for. Balfour has 24, 7 LPNs. No more having to wait over a weekend or overnight to get proper medical care. Balfour is A+ in my book, and believe me, I DID MY RESEARCH! I cannot recommend Balfour highly enough.

Mom (93 years old) fell just after Christmas necessitating a move to assisted living. The staff at Balfour is professional, caring and most of all CALM while it seemed the rest of the world was crazy. I definitely recommend Balfour at Stapleton if you need help caring for your loved ones.

Took my dad here to check out everything Balfour has to offer. I am more than impressed on how nice everything and everyone is! The food is fantastic. The apartments are nice and spacious, and the feeling is that of a five star hotel. Im hoping that my dad decides to make the switch from where he is now to Balfour! You guys are awesome!

The staff here is amazing! The director and sales guy, Tyler and Bryan, know all of our names (and my mom has A LOT of kids), the food is AMAZING, and they are extremely attentive. The place is beautiful, and Im not joking at all when I say that Id be lucky to live here!
