I don't know how much the rent is for these apartments but it's definitely a place of hood living. Even with renovations there are things from old complaints that still exist like elevators not working, OMG the roaches, emergency maintenance service is non existent, the trash shutes walls/flooring are nasty, never any parking for visitors (healthcare workers especially), employees take up parking spaces including handicap, no parking zones and loading areas...I was told they could do this bc they work there...basically the signs are just another way of saying reserved (only in the hood), there are people other than the residents hanging out on the premises (safety) and you never see security. There are lots of signs posted around the building threating to fined tenants for employees not doing their jobs. For example, keeping property safe and clean. I have heard good things about this property...rent is reasonable and the tenants give praises to coordinator (most of the times very helpful). I would suggest moving the garbage bins away from the building like the other side of the parking lot...this might help with the roaches. The emergency number should be addressed and not ignored especially when it comes to electrical and flooding (I know of a recent flood call made and not addressed until the next day). Employees should park in destinated areas or on the street bc they are there for 8 hours and any restricted parking should be honored by everyone. If there is security, security should be visible and mobile on the premises for safety of the residents and others visiting. Employees should not be walking around as authoritarians bc your tenants are handicapped and the elderly but working to provide a service that makes this a happy place for it tenants no matter who they are. Update 2026...amazed at the pic they are using for this building. Maybe it's a projected picture? The renovated apts and offices are nice a plus on the ongoing renovations. Anyways...update "BEDBUGS ALERT"! Most of the tenants in this building are amazing people. They are always happy and greet with a smile. Lately, there been a lot of new tenants and with the new tenants came bedbugs. The bugs are traveling like fleas. Sadly, the old tenants have become victims bc they have never had bedbugs and are not sure how they got them. Everyone knows bedbugs are hard to get rid of so how does the MGMT plan to address the problem? Bedbugs don't know apt numbers so its just not specific apts....it's a concern for the whole building. I was told that if social services know of the bedbug problem ... tenants will not get the needed services (home care, healthcare like in home therapy or ambulance service bc they will not come out bc of the BEDBUGS problem). And the roach problem still exist. Such a sad situation. Update 7/2026. Mgmt has started the process of eliminating the bedbugs by sending out an exterminator to spray. The renovations have come a long way and the property looks great. I sho hope the tenants appreciate having a nice place to live and take care of it. Not sure if security will be hired to monitor the property to keep out non residents who don't live there...not talking about visitors. Bottom line...it's a beautiful property.

My Grandmother lives in Trinity Towers. In July, we reported to them that she had a leaky faucet in her tub and that water was leaking around the tub. We were told that the water would have to be cut off on the whole floor in order to fix the problem. We understood that it would not be fixed right away but it would get done. Here it is October and the problem has yet to be fixed. My grandmother has fallen due to this problem not being fixed. If you want a low income place to live, Trinity Towers is the place. You won't get anything fixed but you won't have high rent to pay.
