Out of state, relocated here few months ago, Iived in a 4 bedroom home needed a 1 bedroom apt., big transition right!! I looked at several apartments all over. From the moment I walked into McDermott 55 office Carrie was great! She was patient, friendly, answered questions, great promotional package, etc. She showed me a couple apts. One she showed me immediately hit me and met all my expectations and I signed on the dotted line. I fell in love with my apartment!! McDermott 55 has everything I need and want. McDermott offers all kinds of fun and interesting activities for residents every month. Shuttle bus service is great. The residents are very friendly. Property Management does an excellent job responding to your concerns which reflect great teamwork. Property is well mantained. I really appreciate how clean and neat the common areas are, especially hallways, dumpster areas, etc. This area is very nice, easy access to all shopping and restaurants. My plan is to be a permanent resident here. There are several apts. out here, but as far as I am concerned, these are the best ones for me. This is home for me!!

Chris came and fixed the fan on my refrigerator freezer today. He was very professional, polite and focused on the job. I am extremely pleased with Chris and the job he completed 100%.

I had the opportunity to attend one of the resident events at the community, and I was blown away at how Bethany went above and beyond to put together such a wonderful gathering! It was evident the residents were thrilled, and Bethany worked tirelessly (with a constant smile) to ensure everyone had a memorable time.

My wife and I would like to thank Bethany and her team for the events they put together every week. Bethany deals with a lot of cranky old ungrateful farts in our community. Yet she does it with a smile and does her best to make sure everyone is taken care of.

Scheduled a tour and the property was very luxurious and well kept. The staff was super friendly, in particular the leasing agent Carrie was so personable and thorough and inviting. It was a super positive atmosphere and I highly recommend checking out this property!
