I have lived here since August 2019. Katona, Shountae, Jimmy and Billy are by far the best team that the complex has had. I have made a lot of good friends while living here. The atmosphere is welcoming and the right size to feel like a close knit community. The staff are open to suggestions and have implemented many things that the residents have recommended. Jimmy and Billy handle the maintenance on a timely manner and our helpful in a lot of other ways when needed.

I love living at “FTV,” as it is affectionately called around our building. You could not ask for a better community to live in. The property is well-kept and has a very classy look and smell upon entry. The building is consistently kept clean inside and out. The maintenance department and property managers are very hands-on and always quick to respond with compassion. Most importantly, the social and safety aspects are impeccable. For example, Jessica and Darlene work diligently to make the property festive and fun. There is always something to do, like Wine Down Wednesday, Prom, complete with a DJ, Movie Saturday, or participating in various calendar holiday activities, such as Father's Day Brunch or monthly birthday celebrations.

My daughter and I received a walk through with Shontae and was completely amazed. The property has everything I was looking for and the floor plans are spacious. Shontae made me and my daughter feel extremely welcome. She was patient and had a inviting personality. As my parents are getting older, they wanted to live in a place with people their own age and still continue to stay active. We toured Firewheel with Shountae and my goodness, what an fantastic experience!! Shountae was so personable, elegant, kind, and you can tell that she really loves what she does there. She showed us multiple apartments and never once did we feel rushed, or that we were taking too much of her time. She let us know that she is here for us and that we could take as much time as was needed. I loved the fact that she knew every single tenant that we came across by name and apartment number! She greeted each tenant with the same care and attention that she gave us and made them feel like they were just as important as we were. We laughed, we explored, we toured, and really felt like we were talking to a family member. I'm 42 and I want to live there! The grounds are beautiful and well managed. The maintenance team were very friendly, and I like how each floor has a different theme. I know that having my parents there will keep my mind at ease knowing that they are surrounded by a community of people that actually really care. Shountae, I cannot thank you enough for your care and support with my mom. I could cry!! I am no longer worried about where they will be and can rest knowing that they are in your very capable, loving hands. I will be excited to visit once they move in and cannot wait to catch up with you. You are an absolute gem and we are so grateful for you. God bless you.

I toured this community and was impressed with Shountae. She welcomed me warmly and showed me an apartment and the amenities when I stopped by on a whim. The gathering areas were large, gym well-equipped and outdoor area was welcoming. Nice they have a heated, salt-water pool. The apt. had a double door refrigerator and large balcony along with plenty of closet space.

Let me begin I visited several 55+ centers before coming to firewheel nothing really rang my bell until I walked in the doors of firewheel upon my entrance I was greeted by tenant after tenant asking me if I was a new tenant I said no I was looking for a place to live they all begin to say what a great place firewheel was to live and then I was greeted by the office staff and I knew at that moment I was home words cannot express how manager Cortana and Malissa care about all their residents here and really care about all of our cares and concerns even the maintenance staff Jimmy and Billy and the house cleaning lady Nickel all are great at what they do so if your looking for the greatest 55+ center to call home all of us here at firewheel can say come visit us and you will not look elsewhere the management here maitainence staff and all of us residents here are in for the long haul !!!!!!!!!

In less than 2 years that I’ve lived here, management has changed at least 3 times. I guess that’s normal but It would be nice to see the same faces in the front office for more than a few months. Don’t understand why there isn’t someone in management here on weekends who could show prospective tenants our facility. Sometimes that’s the only time their family has to assist plus there would be someone here in the event the current tenants needed something. Just a thought.

I will be moving into my new apartment on June 15th. Mike made the process to apply and get approved easy and painless. I was trying to get a unit at Domain at the 140 and met with nothing but resistance and unprofessionalism. I stopped in here and was greeted with a smile and professionalism. What took the Domain 10 days to give me a run around, I was taken care of in less than two hours with Mike and Carol. They made me feel welcome and anxious to move in. When I originally stopped in, I just looked at a unit and spoke with Mike briefly. Upon leaving, within a half an hour I received a follow up email from Mike. What a refreshing breath of air that they bring to the already stressful moving "trauma". I highly commend Mike on his professionalism. I can't wait to start my new life at Firewheel Town Village.

Freewheel town village is a wonderful place to live. The management team can't be beat! Especially during the Feb. Storm. Then my refrigerator quit Sunday night after all power was restored. Called management @ 9:20 pm. New refrigerator installed and I was in bed by 10:20pm. The onsite management (jimmy) is the best. And Deborah brings the Newspaper to the door every week day.
