We've had a wonderful experience with The Crossings since moving my mother there in June. Adam, Megan, and the staff have been professional, prompt, helpful and understanding - from the application process to the move in, always offering friendly support and timely maintenance request follow up and completion. The Crossings has been a great decision for our mother and our family. She feels very comfortable there and likes the staff and community very much. It's a great little hidden gem for Senior living in the heart of Wake Forest/Heritage.

I had an amazing experience visiting this apartment complex! I stopped by without an appointment and was warmly welcomed by Adam and Megan. Even though the tour was unscheduled, they went above and beyond to show me around and answer every question I had. Both were incredibly knowledgeable about the property, amenities, and surrounding area. The community itself is beautiful”well-maintained, quiet, and feels like home the moment you walk in. The units are modern and spacious, and you can tell the management team truly cares about their residents. Huge thanks to Adam and Megan for making the entire experience so smooth and welcoming. I can’t say enough great things about Adam and Megan at The Crossings! They are always professional, friendly, and truly go above and beyond for the residents. The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful”spacious, modern, and well-maintained. One of the highlights is the convenient onsite hair salon, which is such a wonderful touch for the community. I've lived at the Crossing for almost 8 years and I love it. The one story apartments have a great floor plan and with no stairs or elevators to contend with, they're so easy to navigate. Adam and Megan are two fantastic staff members. They listen, they care, we feel welcome and appreciated. I am so happy they are here for us.

Adam and Megan in management are both very accommodating and helpful. we moved here from Texas and they were very helpful with the application process ,they made are move easy and stress free.They are prompt with any maintenance services,as well as maintaining the complex very clean,I highly recommended this location, its great place to live.

As seniors we recognize that prices go up on rent. What they don,t tell you is that the rent is determined by the taxes in wake forest and that your rent may jump up to $25 dollars. The move in price has jumped from 850 to 1050 in 3 yrs time and the people who are living here at present the rent is jumping up from $912 to $942 in a year. They don’t tell you the price hike until 30-60 days before you sign a new lease which does not give seniors without transportation or family to find anything that might be cheaper. Most seniors live on a fixed income so if your income is fixed this may not be the place for you. We understand that taxes may make payments go up but unfortunately our SS and pensions do not. There are more women living here and not a lot of couples. This is just something you need to ask or think about before you move anywhere.

This is very peaceful environment. The services are quite timely and adequate. Each cottage is equipped, beautifully.

Nice area, new(ish) apartments and really great community features. Price is a little steep for Wake Forrest but overall, it was a contender in our home search.
