My Mother has been in the facility for almost 2 years and the food has been so terrible at times that she will not eat it I have seen the trays and the sides and meat can look disgusting. One of the aides said she constantly bring this up in the staff meetings as She is seeing lots of food left and going in the trash. Such a waste and all some of the residents look forward to is the meals coming. It is quite shamefull and things need to change. The residents deserve better in their final days. My Mother does not have all her teeth and she can't chew things and the Dietician need to make adjustments.

My mom is in the Memory Care Unit at PVI. With the type and level of dementia my mom has, keeping her engaged in activities is key to her mental well-being. Lupita does an awesome job of coordinating activities and engaging all residents. She is very caring, patient, and kind. It's a tough industry with lots of turnover, so I'm grateful for staff members like Lupita.

I work closely with Stefanie Gates and have found her to be not only professional at her job, but professional and empathetic to all the employee staff. Nothing about Stefanie Gates is racist. She is one of the most caring DON's I have worked with and always willing to assist other staff when deemed necessary. All the employees at work at Park Valley have never spoken anything about her being a racist and they simply adore her as do I

My mom is in the memory care unit and she seems happy and well cared for. The nurses are so sweet and attentive to her which is a big comfort to me, I really appreciate them!

I work with the best team here at PVI and each and everyone of them prove their carrying heart for all the residents. The employees (nurse aides, dietary, housekeeping, etc) are always smiling and conversing with the residents and that is what it's all about.

I hate living 3 hours away from my mother's facility but it is evident they take good care of her. She always seems happy when I call her and I believe her quality of life as a dementia patient is as good as possible. They keep me posted on changes to medicine, health issues, incidents of any kind, etc. Staff are to be commended.
