Coming to this location with my grandmother and seeing on a daily basis they have been taken care of her. When I come and visit my grandmother would tell me about Alanah. Telling me how respectful and helpful she is. Thank you all for your help every day.

After visiting places for my mother to complete rehab, my daughter and I decided on this one because it was so clean! It has remained this way for the last two months. The regular staff are extremely friendly. The weekend staff is not always so and appear to want to complete tasks as opposed to talking with patients. My mother complains that the food is ice cold upon receipt. I have found communication to be easy. Even the director will call you back. The Physical Therapy Director Leo and his staff are awesome! He is very personable and the staff work hard with the patients. When my mother entered, she was bedridden from a broken ankle and Covid, next week she will walk herself out. I am concerned about the condition of the wheelchairs that belong to the center. At first my mother had a good working wheelchair, then someone removed it from her room and replaced it with one that does not work as well. The one that she has had for the last month is broken and does not fully lock. This chair does hinder her progress because it is hard to rise from a chair that does not lock. We have spoken with several people but there is no other chair available. This chair has also been difficult to travel with when I take her on Friday outings to the doctor and home to practice maneuvering her home. Additionally, recently someone took the foot/ leg rests and left my mother with a raggedy one. The best CNA Kayla found another ( does not match and works poorly) so that she can still use the wheelchair. I wish that things like this would not happen or better that the physical therapy department kept better inventory. CNA Kayla has been a Godsend. She is a true angel and needs a raise. She works hard and builds a positive culture with her attentiveness and willingness to make things right. Another staff, Nurse Darius Coleman was awesome when my mother arrived. Overall, most nurses are very distant and put most work on CNAs. Most not all. For the most part, our experience has been positive and I would choose it again.

My friend who is in the facility came to the facility without a power cord to her telephone the nursing staff was excellent getting her charged up on her phone making it easy for her to communicate with the outside world. I love the fact that they were able to help her and did it with a smile on their face thank you very much

The 5 stars go to Renau, my mom's nurse. He made me feel comfortable leaving my mom for respite care, as I was very nervous.

The front desk entry area was staffed by a very pleasant and helpful women. She also personally directed me back to the room I was looking for. Three different people came in to check on the patient. All friendly and helpful. The negative is the oldness of the facility and rather dingy.

My mother is in the Rehab section of this awesome place. I really can't say enough about how hard the staff works to make you feel right at home. You would think with all the people in here you wouldn't get personalized service, but you do. If you need a place for someone you know to do rehab or even to find a place to live. Please consider Marietta nursing and rehab. You will not regret your decision.
