They were so loving and caring for my Mom , they gave her comfort and great care . My Mom passed away July 14 th 2024 they were so kind to my family though out the time my Mom was there , thank you to Tish, James , Mary , Barbie, Beth Ann , Kelly , Casey , Sidney, Megan , Tracey , Henry , Megan, Amy , all the other CNAs and folks that I may have forgotten . God bless you all .

My grandmother was there for a short stay after a thyroid coma and hospitalization, she unfortunately passed due to the circumstances of her health but there was honestly no better staff that we could've asked for. They were supportive and kind and understanding. They had the best intentions with my grandma. Specifically those taking care of her were as follows Tish, James, Bethann, Barbie, Meagan, Macy, Henry, Jeb, and Tracy Lee. These amazing people ensured to follow exactly what was requested by my family and by my grandmother. Without question if she needed anything they were on top of it! When she passed they were there for us and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. They even let my entire family in the room and in the dining room that was next to my grandmas room so that we could have this time to be with her and to be alone. They were incredible. There's nowhere else I'd trust with any of my relatives. Thank you to everyone at James river I know that she enjoyed having you all there for her. We appreciate everything you do!

My mom in law was here after a thyroid coma. Unfortunately she was not able to get her strength back and went on Hospice and passed very soon after. The staff was absolutely amazing to us the whole time. So caring and compassionate.

The staff were professional, compassionate, attentive and gave individualized personal heartfelt care. There was excellent communication between all of the staff with unity, teamwork and collaboration. Everyone that works there is very special. These are the names that stand out and I remember Annie Grant, Henry, Harley, Dawn Gaba, James, Deb Jones, Debra, Carolyn, Savannah NP, Dr Alumno, Brenda, Jean and many more. Thank you everyone for your excellent care of my Dad and my family.

Very homey ! Met by a very friendly and caring staff. I have peace of mind now that my brother is there being cared for. Thank you we're very impressed .

While there were a few issues in my loved one's stay, I would remind all that it is a very difficult job that requires great patience and a desire to help those who cannot help themselves. Taking care of a loved one at home comes with issues as well. A difficult situation all around. The staff took care of us with love and concern, as they could. They got to know us and made Mom's last days as good as they could have been. I rated four stars because I rated on the level of CARING also, not just care. That 5th star will come with a little more support for the staff, as it was often needed, especially at night. Although, in fairness, staff shortages were sometimes due to Covid outbreaks. Overall, WONDERFUL job, with the family support. Thank you all, too numerous to list. I appreciate your challenging work.
