Its 155a mm and 9m in my room and a 6in rat wothout the taol was oin yhe middle but of my floor like it belonged here i rang my bell then started yelling when the nurs3 ce in dje said dpmt worry ill rsise your bed amd they wont notjer i said it sounds loke your aeare of them is there alot she teplied she heard theres alot on the bacl side. Nott only are there rats but the nurse a are so diarespectful and the food is horrble the place looks k ice but the air in 2 rooms they switched me into didnt work and they stole 3 pairs of my new polo underware it was 5 but they acyed like i left 2 prs in my old rm but 3 r still gone.

My brother died in this facility after being discharge from the hospital for physical therapy& speech. This place is horrible make sure you do your research. Make sure the reviews are real. My brother was only there for 3 days. We get a phone call saying my brother was unresponsive. his wife and I was there early that day and he was fine. The staff never reach out to meet with us when we came to see his body. To be honest there are so many red flags. Still waiting on a cause of Death and still know Death certificate. My family I are still Greving. NO STARS

My brother has been a resident here for several years now. Everyone is always kind and helpful to him and us, his family. Debbie Dorsey, a social worker, has been amazing and helped us with a difficult problem quickly and effectively.

As a loyal customer I can safely say that Roosevelt Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center has a great staff, everyone is nice, friendly, and helpful. The place is super clean and the staff are up to their word they do everything on time and can't seem to be distracted by what's coming on the future. Sincerely I will like to give props to a great friend of mine that work there and he always ready to do every task no matter the consequences, his name is Dyhir he put a lot of work on job and no matter what's coming next he's always ready to do it.

Rani S. has always been one of my favorite nurses. She is always very thorough and giving of her time with each resident she may be helping at the time. Speaking of time, she must have some clockmaker in her because of her impeccable, almost scarily precise timing; she is so dead-on she's trained me to be set by her clock -- I am always awake just before she brings my medicine in to me in my room, which is only the acceptable and appropriate thing to do, btw, on every shift that any nurse would work..

I had a great experience with my time at Roosevelt. Tatiana, Yvonne, urfa, Tamika, Marie, are great CNA's they care alot about the patients. The nurses are wonderful Therese and Marie always help with everything I need.

Monique in housekeeping on 3rd floor is good at what she do. All my staff is great with my care and help me out alot. Therese,Missy, shontale,roni, Yvonne,Tameka, urfa, Marie give me great care. These are wonderful staff. Makes my days easy.
