My husband was in Villages Rehab and nursing center for 4 weeks. First week he called me as he slipped out of the wheel chair. I arrived after hours and had a hard time finding anyone to help. Second week when I arrived at 4 pm , he was on the floor. The third week at 8am he was in the wheelchair in the dining room as he was there all night sleeping because he wanted to get out of bed. The fourth week, when I arrived at 8am, he was pale and could not wake up. The EMT were called as no one knew what happened. He went there to be able to walk but he did not

Regina Smiley was such a Godsend as part of all my communication with nurses and staff. No matter what I needed she was there for me. She is the best at her job, the best social worker ever. Vanessa was a caring nurse, assisting me with proper meds to be sent home with my Mom, even on her day off, with kids in her car! I can't say enough about the physical therapist's expertise. My mom came home the strongest she's ever been! What a terrific place for your loved one to recover. Thank you everyone!

My sister is there right now. I have photos of the her bathroom & sink is disgusting. They haven't washed the floor since she has been there. And the food is DISGUSTING . I have to bring her food from home every day. Thank God I live close to her. It is not the same ownership that got the awards for 2023. It's HORRIBLE

Don't use beauty salon. My aunt booked an appt and gave check. Unfortunately she went to hospital before her appt. However the check was cashed. Multiple message to get a refund have not worked. It's been over 6 weeks and my aunt, who is on a very limited income, will probably never receive the $38 back nor will we get a call back. Shameful.

Staff was wonderful. Very caring and helpful. Even though PT was challenged with this patient who had several fractures, the treatment proved effective.

Admitted for rehab and 24/7 PICC line IV administration, which was administered on time at proper intervals. Dedicated food islands for separate halls; outdoor space and well-equipped gym. DedicatedTherapists & social workers; complaints addressed timely. Encountered one abrasive nurse, several abrasive & rude CVA's, who flipped on light in middle of night, and jumped on bed (I had two consecutive back surgeries). Meals served either in dining room or in room.
