The work that the PT therapists did to get my wife back functioning was nothing short of amazing. The nursing staff was very kind to my wife and got to know her which was a morale boost for my wife. With much improved food, Sienna did right by my wife, who was in Sienna for one day less than 2 months,

Let me say 1st of all I did not give 5 stars because of some things having to do with the weekend staff. The dietary staff was kind of lacking on weekends, they didn't pay attention to my wife's dietary needs and restrictions as well as they should have. She had to send back some of the meals because they were things that she could not eat. Now as for the overall experience with the facility and staff we were quite happy with the level of care she received at the facility. The Physical therapy staff were quite good at getting her back to a level of self-care and mobility. The administrative staff were very attentive to our needs and worked diligently to answer questions pertaining to her case. I would recommend this facility for those needing specialized post hospitalization care.

I no longer work at Sienna. But after leaving and working else where...I can say this place is amazing compared to.many in the area.. the staff works hard and the other residents are great..

I came here a year ago after a short serious illness. I was in rehab for 3 months. I then moved into long term care because I was unable to take care of myself. I was a pretty hard person to get along with at first but I was well taken care of. Now it's home. I'm still well taken care of. Really no complaints and It's always clean. Thanks to Arika and Janice for the many activities that we have to keep us busy!!! And thanks for David and Michael for keeping it clean and everything working. Thanks for Adam for putting up with me and everyone else. Also thanks to all other employees!!!!!!!

My philosophy is simple it is the facilities job to house my loved one. It is my job to love my loved one. My mother loved me when I was crawling around as a baby and couldn't say her name now it's my turn and I'm gonna love her the same. May these words be encouragement to someone?

I've had family members taken here and family members who have worked here also. The staff is very caring for there patients and treat elderly as there own. This place will definitely gain your trust and respect you like no other!

Recently had my grandma stay here for over a month. The attention and care that the whole staff gave to her was absolutely incredible! Constantly checking on her, getting her everything she needed as quickly as they could. The PT's were amazing as well, they always had a great attitude while working with her. All the staff even helped celebrate her birthday while she was in there. Truly a great staff, that cares and looks after its residents! And a huge shout out to April, would not be in the position we were in without her.

My son and I had to find a place for mom. She fell and was needing skilled nursing. We looked at several places and we knew immediately that Sienna was the place. April was wonderful from beginning to end. She helped with everything! The staff was amazing. They made my mom feel so special. They were so caring but knew when to be stern.(mom didn't want to do her PT) I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my family to Sienna.

My aunty Barbara was on skilled in room 400 The team was amazing The staff was sweet She has dementia and wonders a lot They didn't get frustrated and took their time The staffing coordinator even stayed in the room with her to make her feel comfortable The aide brandy was sweet
