Over three years ago we began looking for a possible home for our mom. We looked at two places and mom said that when the time came she would prefer Arbor House. Which was also our choice.As with many that time came before mom was mentally ready. We put her on the waiting list ,knowing openings don't come frequently. Moving in during COVID was a challenge . We had two days to move her her in and get things arranged . New carpet and fresh paint made her new home quite lovely. Everyone was so helpful! When I visit friends or relatives at other facilities no one comes close to their cleanliness and up to date decor.Their management and policies have navigated COVID with great success and safety for their residents. Candace and other staff provide a great variety of activities and special events. Mother especially enjoys the musical entertainment that they bring in for the residents.Most importantly the you will not find a staff as friendly,caring and qualified as their staff. They are extended family. We feel blessed that Arbor House is our mom's address!

Over the several years of visiting and assisting friends at Arbor House. It is a clean guest and secure facility. The staff works well, together. The meals are good quality. I feel very welcomed and at ease when I enter the door.

Every time I go to Arbor House I feel like Im headed to my 2nd home. Always greeted with hugs and love yows. Moms only been here a short time but all of the love and compassion for us has been shown since day one. It truly feels like home!! Nothing but the best for Mom and me!! And dont see it forget the food. Its Awesome

Overall, we couldnt be happier with Arbor House MWC and the care the staff gives. They are very kind and caring to my 90 years old mother no matter what shenanigans she may pull.

This place is wonderful! The Residents Director, Andrea is so sweet and has a big heart. She puts the residents first and always caters to their individual needs. The aesthetic in this community is wonderful and feels like home. The nurse Shay is wonderful and Jennifer at the front desk is so sweet and helpful as well. This place gets an A+++ from me. I have noticed some negative anonymous reviews and I can only assume that they are from disgruntled employees. If you do your job, work hard and care for the residents, you will be treated like gold!

My parents were at Arbor House since 2013. My Father was only there for less than 6 months before he passed away. My Mother just followed him in Feb. of 2016. I highly recommend looking into Arbor House if you are considering assisted living. This is a smaller facility and the staff working there is wonderful. I made sure to go back for a few hugs after my Mom's funeral. Aging can be tough but having someone who cares helps. Thank you Shay and Sue and all the staff who take care of our parents daily when we cannot do the job. One last thing...no matter where your parents live remember to communicate with them and their caregivers. Always get the true picture to the best of your ability.
