I'd give it one star but the therapy team here is excellent. The low rating is for the nursing care. Every time I come to visit, I flag safety risks. Today our 97 year old loved one was alone in her room sleeping while her bed was fully raised to its highest setting off the floor and while all the brakes on her bed were off. I informed the nurse, Tasha and was met with a poor attitude and a terse "thank you". I got nothing else from her. I received the same rotten attitude when we asked for help reconciling some of her medications upon her admission. Very basic, normal things here. When I came to Shannon Gray I was shown updated rooms and units. My loved one was placed in a shabby, dark unit that I didn't know had patients in it. I was told it would be renovated. She is a rehab patient but placed with long term residents because "rehab is slow". So they will close the rehab beds and move your loved ones wherever, when it suits their finances. Kudos to one CNA, Stacy who is kind, helpful and patient. Rest of nursing is a huge concern and disappointment. Ps: my loved one now has a pressure ulcer on her sacrum from being left in bed hour after hour, day after day. From 6PM until 10 AM most recently. No pressure relieving pads or mattresses. At this point, I just hope we get her out of here alive.

My experience at Shannon Gray was excellent. Therapy, nurses and nursing assistants were kind and caring. Therapy was really great and so was the food.

Shannon Gray Rehab Center has been wonderful for my father. EVERYONE has been so nice & caring toward him. They've had great communication with both of us regarding his condition etc. All of the therapists & support staff are experienced & knowledgable. The nursing staff, on his hall, don't mind if I call them with questions day or night. The facility is kept very clean & the food is good there. I highly recommend Shannon Gray Rehab Center. We've been very blessed by them.

My mom spent two weeks at the Shannon Grey after surgery. The physical therapists were amazing and helped her regain her strength. The entire staff was friendly and caring and could not have been nicer. If I ever need to be in a such a center, I am going to the Shannon Gray!

I had a total knee replacement so when I left the hospital and went to Shannon Gray I was scared I didn't know what to expect. Everyone was very good to me always trying to help me. They were constantly in my room checking on me. If I didn't like what they served me to eat for breakfast, lunch,or dinner I would tell them and they would bring me something else that I wanted instead. I loved the people in rehab. Even though I wasn't there very long they felt like family. They were very organized. It was a very beautiful place. When I left to come home they hugged me good by if I ever have to come back to a place like this I would want to come here thanks to all of you that cared for me. I feel like if you treat others with respect and kindness you will get it back in return.

Shannon Gray has been an answer to prayer. The care my mom gets is outstanding. The best around in therapy. Since my mom has to now live her life out in skilled nursing I am blessed to have found Shannon Gray. The staff is amazing and my mom loves the food so much that she actually eats three meals a day now. Highly recommend this facility.
