Wonderful care, loving and caring staff. Our family member had been in a skilled care facility and luckily we found Seasons and had him brought there for his last hours. It was everything we could have hoped for.

This being my first experience with hospice care I didn't have much to compare it to, but after switching to another company the difference was like day and night. While my mom was staying at their in- patient facility her care was sufficient, but once we were sent home, we were on our own. We were not given sufficient instruction on how to administer her medications. She was given steroids that were causing extreme psychosis yet they never associated it with her meds. Often her medication would run out and we wouldn't when or if refills were coming or how. Some days they came Fedex, other times were left at the front door by a local pharmacy. Once day they had been sitting at the door all day unaware to us they were there. We had a CNA literally ring the door bell and run. She was almost to her car before I could get to the door. When I finally caught her, she came and clearly did not want to care for my mom. She sat and played with her phone most of the time. While we initially told are calls would always be answered by a registered nurse, they NEVER were. And it would take over 24 hours for a return call. It was so frustrating to figure everything we needed to know on our own. Once we switched to another company it became clear, this company has a whole lot to learn about providing compassionate care for those in the final stage of life and support for their families. I could not recommend using Seasons Hospice.

We had a beautiful experience with Seasons. Mom was under their care for a month and a half while living in our home. They went out of their way to make sure she always had her medications to keep her comfortable - including one time when a nurse drove back and forth to obtain a signature from a doctor for a new script. She wanted my Mom to be comfortable over the weekend and was determined to make sure she had it as soon as possible. The delivery driver, Micheal, always called before he delivered equipment and was extremely kind with Mom. Our nurse, Asiyah, was a dream. My Mom had the utmost respect for her because she was so compassionate as well as a great listener. I adored her because she was readily available by text, called me often, listened, and genuinely loved Mom. Mom had visits from sweet Caroline - who referred to Mom as Mama as she tenderly helped her shower, or give her foot rubs, or even just watch Judge shows. The music therapist, Anna, was such a calming presence. She has the voice of an angel and has a repertoire of songs to pull from - she even sung some songs in Spanish to Mom. Everyone we met was so kind and patient - the chaplain, other nurses, social workers... and were all available via text - it felt so personal. Even after Mom died, the texts and phone calls kept coming in to check on me, offer grief support for the children, and to share their love of Mom. My only feedback would be to work on the response time with the toll-free number - it could be more efficient. However, I am so grateful that everyone gave us their cell numbers and were available via text or call when I needed them. I highly recommend Seasons.

This is group of very genuine employees. They are very pt with the staff. I have seen the new nurses they have recently hired do wonderful work with their patients and the families. The nurses have a great deal of hospice experience and will do is possible to make their patient's end of life experience a special one.
