If I could give a 10 star review I would. Radford Rehab exceeded all our expectations! Every one of the nursing staff, and therapies were very caring and outstanding in every way! The staff really treats you like part of their family. The rooms were kept clean. The food was excellent, plus they let you have food choices. They have a certified wound care specialist who is top notch. Their unit coordinator was fantastic, arranging his appointments and transportation off site. Rebecca the NP was on top of all his medications and labs. They all communicated well with family members keeping us up to date on his progress while in rehab. Radford Rehab was just what was needed to get my husband back on his feet to return home. We greatly appreciated everything they did! Thank you!

Facility was always clean. Therapy staff was awesome. Administration was always helpful with questions. Our experience with most of the nurses and aids was mostly positive with the exception of just a couple. Several of his caregivers became dear to us. Most of these places are similar so if your family member needs rehab and you need something close to home this one is a good choice.

I really think this place is the best Health and Rehab Center in the NRV. This stay is my third time in the rehab section. The nurses, CNA's, administration, social workers and therapists are awesome. I am always taking care of in a polite setting. Best of all are the Activities director and assistant director. Ganna and Bradley find fun activities to make my stay better. I have been to another Health and Rehab in the area that is definitely not this good. Highly recommend this place.

It was nice to see a friend staying here temporarily. He was getting a shower and those nurses were very kind and cheerful with him. The housekeeping did a good job cleaning up the room while he was gone. The nurses for his wing were professionally pleasant and friendly when I asked a question. The food is okay, but he would have liked to get more fresh fruits for snacks. If I need to go to rehab for physical therapy, I'd like to go here.

Need more staff to meet the needs of residents and rehab patients. Person we were visiting has never been offered to go to activities. Staff try but just have too many patients to adequately meet their needs.

I spent two and a half months in the Radford Health & Rehab Center rehabilitating from a broken femur. I entered a complete invalid. I had to be lifted from the bed to the wheel chair via a crane like device. I left the facility able to completely take care of myself and to walk un-aided. The Therapy staff is wonderful. They listened to my goals and met all my expectations. The were very professional and understanding. The staff that took care of me (Nurses and CNAs) were very respectful, friendly, and caring. At the beginning of my stay. I needed complete care because I could do nothing. They provided for all my needs. I highly recommend the Radford Health & Rehab Center. I hope I never need rehab again, but if I do, I would want to be at Radford Health & Rehab.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the building. When my friend had supper brought to her, the food looked delicious, and the food was hot and very tasteful. I was impressed by the spaciousness of the room. The layout and staff was cheerful in friendly and helpful to the patient. This was the first time I’ve seen her look this well in too many weeks since she got sick I feel very good about her being under y’alls care.

My husband of 50 years suffered a stroke and rolled a riding mower over an embankment, after him being in an awful rehab I was able to transfer him to Radford Nursing and Rehab, within the first few hours there I could see the care and compassion the staff has for all the patients. It is a wonderful place for your loved ones. I am so glad my husband is there getting the best care anywhere around.

My Mom came to Radford Rehab a little over 2 weeks ago. We are so please with the service, attention and care that she received. All the staff were so nice and we want to thank each and every one of them.

The facility is very clean and the staff was friendly. I like the check-in process. Keeps you in the know of who is in the building at all times in case of an emergency. There was plenty of parking and ease for entering the facility. My patient room was clean and we talked with the maintenance staff person as he came by to change the AC filter.

It was a busy part of the day, yet the building and hallways were clean and clear, the front desk people were very kindand helpful. It was a first time visit which I had no idea the place was there (sits down a slope from road) but visited a friend. She was happy, (although she is a very active person and stopped in her tracks) she was content and spoke highly of the staff. A staff male came 8n to fix her TV and was very kind and friendly. It was a great visit.

I have only been twice, but everyone seemed friendly. The only reason you didn't get a higher rating was because the person I went to see, hasn't had PT yet. She was just admitted yesterday, so I need to delay that rating for afterwards.

We stopped in on behalf of our church Compassion Care Group to visit a church member. She was not feeling well but her nurse was working with her and being so kind to her. We had to ask where her room was and the lady at the nurses desk really was so nice and helped us find our sweet friend. It’s good to see and hear the patients being taken care of and hear pleasant voices. That really means a lot. Having a loved one in a rehab is hard on the family and it made my heart happy to see and hear the positive impact! So Kuddos to Radford Rehab.
