There are amazing CNA's who work here but sadly there is a few who are lazy, Leaves patients in clothes and briefs from the day before, great atmosphere but my mother isn't getting the care she needs everyday and we are leaving asap!

Food is bad. Staff is friendly, but take a long time to answer call button. Some things are outdated. There should be an intercom system instead of call buttons. Physical therapy is good, but they wasted my first week here by not starting it right away.

We have been very happy with the care my mother is given. All the care givers are nice and friendly. I feel comfortable with her being there. Thank you

I know everyplace is short staffed but the weekends especially are horrible here. I timed the response time for someone to get helped into bed. Literally 1 hour and 14 minutes.

I would not choose this rehab for my loved one, again. They didn't follow his Dr's orders. Did not change his bandage as ordered. I had to call his surgeon and tell him they hadn't done it. Also, they gave him the wrong dose of medication. It was written in the Surgeon's orders. I don't think they even read the patient's discharge orders from the hospital. They didn't give him his antibiotic IV on time. The rehab could be much cleaner. It was pretty smelly in the hallways. They lost some of his clothes. Some of the employees were very nice and some were awful. Overall, I expected much more and was extremely disappointed.

My 99 year old mom is in Pruitt at Harrisburg and I am impressed with cleanliness and order of this place...staff is very attentive and polite- very good therapy also-highly recommend Pruitt

On November 28th thru December 19th, my mother Ms. Alice Habersham was admitted to the Pruitt Rehabilitation Facility in Harrisburg, NC for rehab. I must say from the admission process with Ms. Melanie Scholand to the discharge process with the nurse the service was outstanding. The administrator Rhonda Hargrave along with the two Amy's that work under her leadership showed nothing but caring and compassion toward me and my mom. The rehab department really focused on getting my mother strong which they succeeded. This Pruitt Health Town Center in Harrisburg made me and my mom feel their caring spirit and for that we are grateful. Thanks to the whole organization for your kindness.
