It was difficult finding a great rehabilitation center for my mother in law, but I am very pleased we chose Park Bend. The facility is well maintained, we are always greeted with warm bright smiles, and everyone has been very supportive. My mother in law's transition has been effortless. Her stay has exceeded expectations and I recommend this facility to any and everyone. Thanks everyone!!

Ive been looking for several weeks for a place where i felt my mom would be comfortable, and taken care of properly, and Park Bend is that place! The admin staff is knowledgeable, and helpful.Mom moves in this weekend!

Very clean and great representation for this place. After visiting other places this by far is the best. Receptionist was very nice and the Administrator is very knowledgeable. Definitely will be our #1 pick.

We were there the other day for a tour and I saw nothing but compassion. The facility is clean and the staff were helpful and awesome who shows compassion, professionalism, and care with everything they do!

I really l tried not to write a bad review after my stay here, but today was the final straw. I was in this facility after ICU and a near fatal medical emergency. This facility made a referrel to a physical therapist and I was assured they had checked and the company they referred me to that was providing the PT services was in network. Well, imagine my surprise when I just found out, after several PT sessions, that the company is NOT in network and I now have an almost $12k bill. It just showed up on my insurance site today. Whether lie or oversight when I asked about network status, it is inexcusable. While there, my life-saving medications were lost within mere hours by Park Bend. I will say, the nursing staff and physical therapists that I personally had interactions with were absolutely wonderful.

I came to visit my grandmother yesterday and I was so pleased to see how the facility helped her feel right at home! I met a few management and floor staff. everyone was super helpful. My grandmother was all smiles so I know we made the right choice by choosing Park Bend! Thank you all for all you do!

Let's just say I visited the Park Bend for a tour. It was very nice and clean. The faculty was very kind and knowledgeable about everything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND my family was happy to be there and we felt very welcomed.
