The Assistant Administrator Genacie Bates is very good at her job. She knows all of the residents and works well with her staff and the families. She is friendly and makes sure the resident's needs are met.

Oasis is one of the best nail salons in Pearland! All the staff is so nice and friendly. They are all attentive and they do their best to give you exactly what you want. I had the privilege of being a client of Windsong Care Center in Pearland a few weeks ago.I was not the easiest person to get along with at first because I was away from home and my comfort zone but the nurses and aids just continued to love on me and made me feel safe and comfortable. I was there because of damage to my lungs from contracting covid a few month's before. The Rehabilitation department was top notch they not only gave me great therapy but I enjoyed going every day they made it fun. Thanks Pam and Kevin. I was so blessed to have such a loving group of people caring for me. The quality of care I received was excellent and one of the most clean facilities I've ever been to. Did I forget to mention the food? Some of the best meals I've had outside of cooking my own food (lol). I would like to thank Brad in admissions and Ms. Vicki the owner. We were one big family. I recommend this facility whole heartily. Miss and love my Windsong family (staff)

My mom is currently here and has been since August 2023, she has gotten excellent care and any concerns I have had were addressed the same day, usually within minutes. Are they understaffed? YES, just like any other hospital or facility in America. Does their staff work hard to overcome the shortages YES YES YES! Frances is the Administrator and is extremely helpful and does everything she can to make the residents and their families comfortable! They are all amazing and I can not say enough good things about them! Ms Rose and Ms Nikki are the Activities Directors and they are AWESOME! Mom loves playing bingo 3 times a week and all the other activities they do. I am thankful for all they do!

my grandfather was a patient here. they were kind and compassionate. When i had a concern the administrator was right on it. Even giving me her personal phone number if I needed anything else. That is going above and beyond!

This place is so friendly from the moment you walk in! The staff greets you with a smile and everyone is so attentive. The activities department is great and they keep the patients busy and having fun. The food is amazing and they really take into consideration the individual patients likes and dislikes.

Our mother was a resident at Windsong, currently Oasis, for the last decade. She passed at 96 years old on New Year's morning. After Covid the previous owners retired and Oasis bought them out. It was a difficult transition because most of the original staff fell off during Covid or moved on when Oasis took over, leaving mostly agency people to fill in. After several different administrators came snd went, they finally found Frances, the current administrator. Frances came just in time and I started seeing things getting better Immediately. She has an open door policy and always followed through with every concern or request my family and I asked of her. Under her guidance I see Oasis being restored to the high quality care facility that it was before the pandemic

The CNA's treat the residents with dignity and respect. Dietary staff works hard providing delicious meals and Activities are always fun and exciting, housekeepers are always cleaning to make the facility look and smell nice. We are all working together for the residents.
