Mesa Springs Healthcare Center has been such a wonderful place for my grandfather. The staff is exceptional ” caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to making residents feel comfortable and valued. The food is great, and there are always plenty of activities to keep everyone engaged and connected. We have had such a positive experience and are so thankful for the care and support provided. The care I received from the Physical Therapy department was outstanding. But I have two that stand out was Tyson and Michael. The aides were really good to me. Betsey on days and Alissa on nights went u beyond to take care of me. The food was good. Housekeeping was wonderful. The maintained man and van driver treated you like family. The complaint I have was the doctor on staff never came to see me the whole time I was there. I was there for a month. Even though he was prescribing medicine. His name is Dr Mcknight. Need a new provider that goes by Medicare rules. The nurses were nice. But one went above her job. Her name is Amber she was very compassionate. No facility is perfect. They do need more staffing. Also the med aides were wonderful to me

I was there last year for 42 days twice. I had the pleasure of meeting some of the best people. Every employee was friendly and in good spirits. From the charge nurses to maintenance crew. I will always remember everyone there. Thank you for making my stay, enjoyable.

Mesa is great! I’ve been there many times and have gotten to know the good people who work there. They’re committed and in it for the right reasons. (You can’t always say that about a business, but you can about Mesa Springs.)

Other then some nurses with bad attitudes this facility has proven to be on top of taking care of the residents. It is properly sanitized and yes understaffed but most places around here are understaffed. From what I can see they are doing a good job ‘ I would recommend this facility to my friends and family.
