Mesa Springs is a wonderful place to work at everyone in the facility. Is here to do one thing is take care of our residents To the best of our ability. always. Of course, just like any other place you have those that complain but for. The most part Mesa Springs is the one that I work for and we'll continue. Working for the atmosphere is wonderful Always focused on what's important and that's All the ladies and gentlemen here at Mesa Springs Because we all have Grandma's Grandpa's. Uncle's aunt's mom and dad's that we love and we would love for anyone else to take care of and if I had one, that needed care it would be Mesa springs. Mesa Springs is a WONDERFUL place. You will be greeted with a WARM SMILE and WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE by ALL staff. Meal options are of abundance including a BISTRO menu. Daily activities will keep you INTERESTED and don't forget the OUTSTANDING therapy department. This place is a cut above the rest that you will LOVE!

Other then some nurses with bad attitudes this facility has proven to be on top of taking care of the residents. It is properly sanitized and yes understaffed but most places around here are understaffed. From what I can see they are doing a good job I would recommend this facility to my friends and family.

First be advised that Mesa Springs is owned by Ensign Group, a large corporation based out of California. As with any large corporation, cutting costs and increasing profits are their biggest concerns. "Attitude resembles leadership". The staff at Mesa Springs that actually look after your loved one - nurses, food service and custodial, barely met a minimum of care and many times not even that. I wouldn't recommend Mesa Springs, or any other place owned by Ensign Group.
