Well, it took me a while to locate my neighbor and had been to the BAH who told me she went to Avemer. Nope. And they said she's at Life Care. So I moseyed on down I couldn't.stay long as it was dinner time and I didn't want to disrupt her meal. But we had a nice chat and she seems to be very chipper about it all. And everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful. I know she's doing well as her knack for telling everyone what to do with whom is still very intact.

Life Care Center is a wonderful place if one needs to go into Rehab for physical therapy/recuperate from surgery, illness, etc. MY brother got excellent care while there. He is coming home tomorrow. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would do that.I have found Staff, nurses, cooks that work there go out of there way to take care of those that need care while there. They are very nice, caring and take good care of people who are there for a short time or long term. Thank you to the wonderful care that you gave my brother while he has been there. He gets to go home tomorrow after a 3 week stay at Life Care. 8/27/2024

My Mother has benefited greatly from her experience at Life Care Center of Coos Bay. She was there for three weeks for rehabilitation and Physical Therapy, and has stayed on past that while looking for a new place to live. The Director of Social Services is actively looking for Mom's next residence. The nursing staff does well in taking care of Mom. The business office staff is very helpful in working with Long Term Care insurance and obtain benefits for Mom.

The office personnel did not take offence when I did not follow the instructions at the front door They were kind that the facility smells clean.the person staying there said the food was good.I would say the double rooms look a bit tight and the person at the door does not get to look out the window.overall a favourable first impression

Wednesday was my Mom Naedean Brown funeral service. She passed away early morning on 11/20/2020. With the loss of our sister in September and me being in and out of the hospital from July - Sept with the final result of surgery in October. To say that 2020 has been a difficult and painful year would be an understatement. I would like to thank Life Care Center of Coos Bay for spoiling my Mom. Mom was Queen Naedean at Life Care Center and loved yelling out. Off With Their Heads!! I can't thank them enough for all they have done for Mom. 10 beautiful Life Care Center Staff Members showed up with Tiaras on to Honor Queen Naedean. Thank You Ladies.’•‘ What a blessing you have been during a very difficult time.

A loved one was here briefly and this place far exceeded my expectations. The in house physician was amazing and listened to our every request (through the nurses as we never had a chance to meet in person). Thank you all for a job well done. Update: It has been one year since our family spent time here. I still am in complete awe at the level of care given to our loved one. I even spent the night and witnessed firsthand how hard the staff work together. The care here was much better than third floor at BAH.

Mom was here for 30 days after breaking her hip. Fabulous people everywhere. Very helpful and always cheerful. Abbie was so nice after I had a meltdown the first night mom was here. Have never seen so many professional people in one medical facility that were always helpful, cheerful and ready with a smile. Clean and just all around a great atmosphere for healing and getting back on your feet. David on the evening shift and Jeff in housekeeping. Irene on the night shift. T.J. In physical therapy is top of the line fellow as well as Jessica. I wish all of their names could be mentioned here. The gals who answer the phone are all great and helpful too. I can’t say enough good things about Life Care in Coos Bay. Great place for anyone to heal, recover, and return home. Mom left after 30 days. I still miss going in to Life Care.
