If I could leave a ZERO i would. The administrative staff is HORRIBLE staring out with their so called DIRECTOR of NOTHING [name removed]. She is the most unprofessional, bribed, rude, uncaring, egotistical so called leader I have ever seen. Sure the place is nice but the inside of it is chaos and unmanaged. The care given to my father was atrocious. Bed sores, dirty, food caked on his face, soiled from bottom to belly. He told me the call light was taken away because he used it too much. He is not demented. He asked for more water and was told that there were other patients that needed to be seen and he could wait. When [name removed] was approached she literally rolled her eyes

All the staff at Ledgend Oaks are very caring, attentive and respond in a timely manner. Very friendly atmosphere. A warm welcome at the entrance starts the days visit with your loved ones. Thank you to the entire staff that make it possible for all these patients to feel as comfortable as possible while away from the comforts of home. I have total respect for their patience and hard work.

We have a family member there at S. Legend Oaks, we can't complaint they therapists that have worked on my brother have helped him so much. The ladies that worked at the front desk, to all the people that worked on the floors assisting patients they are great. We very appreciative to the ladies in the activity room too. Everyone is very helpful, the facility is clean looks spacious with all the updates. The important thing here is that brother is happy there and has excepted that's his home for now. Thank you everyone at Legends Oaks ..DG
