Everyone has been great with our Mother. They take care of her needs and if we have a question or concern someone is always willing to be of help. The nurses and staff are considerate and take the time to get to know mother on a personal level. Lilliana and Gabby go out of their way to make sure everything is going smoothly and verify that all our needs are being met. Nothing can ever take the place of home, but it is a comfort to know that there is someone who cares that makes sure that the people you love are being taken care of.

Beautiful home to many sweet residents and wonderful staff ’— would highly recommend for long term care or a short skilled therapy stay. You will be greeted by Teresa she is super sweet and very helpful. Their therapy team is amazing ’— all the departments are managed by wonderful department managers.

They have the most amazing rehab program! I have had several family ,members that required extensive rehab and they did a GREAT job with all of them. Their PT's are super positive with a big heart for helping the residents

Legend Oaks of Ennis will forever hold a special place in my heart. My husband was in rehab and a resident there. He received so much love and care there. My husband arrived at Legend oaks last Thursday! At first he was scared; because he was suffering from delirium from anesthesia from surgery to replace his hip! Now he starting to get to know the staff and is happy to know they Do Care about him! Today my car broke down and he knows it will be a cpl of days before I can see him; he feels safe and assured he is in the best hands!! Ty to all the staff! You have all shown Us nothing less than concern and Love!! We Love you all!

My Dad was there for Rehab and then end of life care later in the stay. To say Legend Oaks of Ennis was amazing is not saying enough. They made sure he was up and ready for the day every day. Encouraged him to eat his meals in the dinning room. He was always excited to see what each meal was going to be. Loved the food. Rehab was wonderful with him. When came time to transition to long term care with hospice, they made the whole transition as painless as possible. Thank you for a great experience during a difficult time.

My mother has dementia and has been in this facility for about three years. The staff is always patient with her, and the way she and the other residents are cared for gives my family peace of mind. If your loved one can't live at home, this is the next best place.

Such a great place. Even though my Mom was ready to leave the whole staff was exceptional. Communication was great! Special shout out to Rita on 200 hundred hall. She is a very picky eater but liked the food provided her only complaint was "NOT Enough"therapy department was great my mom is home and mobile again. Thank you guys so much and you all are at the top of the list if she has to ever go back to a facility

All I can say is WONDERFUL PLACE AND THE GREATEST STAFF. After multiple surgeries at a hospital, I came to this facility in a stretcher unable to walk and left walking out the door 2 months later. This is do to them having the best rehab facility and staff on site. -Leslie Roman
