My dad has been a resident at Ventanas for the past six months. He absolutely loves it. He now calls it his home. Our family is so grateful to all the staff. Of course it has not been without incidents, but everything is addressed and resolved quickly. Thank you all for making my dad's feel right at home....

Be careful sending love ones here my mother is currently here and don’t get me wrong the care is fine but getting them to set up follows up after being release from the hospital is bs. My mother was suppose to follow up with her suergon for her wound 3 days after hospital release and no one ever set up and when I tried to get info on how to get this set up everyone kept giving me the run around and have me leave my name and number and never once has anyone called me back. She was suppose to follow up on Wednesday and today is Friday and still nothing set up smdh no one knows anything here and transportation lady sucks I guess she is the one who is suppose to set up the appointments

From the beginning everything has been wonderful. Stephanie nurse comes to check on my mom everyday even when I am not here because my mom mentions it to me . I do see her getting better she's doing great with therapy the DOR is awesome the DON is awesome addresses all my concerns immediately. Thank you Las ventanas team

My mother was sent there after an injury for 20 days. We were hesistant at first because of all the bad things you hear and see in the media. However, my mother's experience was good. They were professional, treated her well and tried their best to make everyone feel welcomed. They have a dining, living, and commons area which you are free to roam with your loved one. My mother's only constant complaint is that at night, it is low staffed. She felt that certain (two)CNAs were moody, cold and were defenitley not happy to be there. That should be non negotiable when it comes to the care of others.

All the staff are very attentive to the residents. The staff create a loving and happy environment for the residents and patient and tend to each individual need to optimize personalized care. The food is good at every meal and they provide snacks at all times so no one ever has to go hungry. The building is beautiful and they keep it very clean at all times. The residents are happy in this beautiful, happy place. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs either long term care or short term care and rehabilitation.

I had mom there for three years before the good lord took her. some employees were great.But the one that stands out the most for me is the activities director Gaby Duron! she came in a year before mom left.l meet her in my mom's room when she came up to my mom to ask her to join for religious singing.which is my mom's favorite pastime.its the way she treats her clients with love and patience and smiles.i have good memories me and mom had with her also does clients ‘

I got to experience experience this home due to the fact that my father was terminally ill, after arriving there I felt a sense of peace and tranquility due to the fact that the staff is very compassionate very understanding very respectful. I grew very fond of the staff at this facility because of the treatment that my father received. Although my father has passed on, I still continue to visit the staff and a patient that was housed in the same room as my father, every time I walk in that place I remember my father but I still continue visiting this facility because I feel very at ease what the treatment that my father received and how he was always cared for in the best manner possible. This place receives 5 stars based overall on service respect compassion toward the elders that call this facility home

The overall rating of this place is misleading, it should be at 4.5 or higher. First of all the staff are professional, respectful, and caring. My mother was there for 3 weeks for rehab after hip surgery. She stated that the staff made her feel at home, is was very clean and the food was really good . "Eddie is the cook there". I would definitely recommend this place in a heart beat. Las Ventanas thank you for taking care of my Mom!
