My friend was a patient at Keller Oaks for several months following an acute stroke. The staff, nurses, and doctors were excellent. She received very good care from everyone. The nurses communicated with me regularly as to her condition. Everyone was kind and caring. Casey in the business office is exceptional. She was able to cut through the complications of transferring federal widow's benefits in addition to her Medicare & supplemental insurance. It took me months to secure those benefits for her several years ago.

This is the second facility we’ve had to put my wife in . The first was an absolute nightmare ! Today is the second day she’s been here , Keller Oaks is so much nicer and cleaner ! The first thing I noticed is the nurses , and CNAs don’t just sit at the nurse’s station talking and playing on their phones or IPads !
