Jaya gets a million stars for everything she does!! I love her so incredibly much for literally doing everything for me when my mom was bed bound with a broken ankle. If it wasn't for her, I don't think I could have taken my mom home. The ladies doing the diaper changes are amazing! Jared was great too. The only complaint I have is they let my mom refuse baths, rehab and eating. When I asked them to make my mom do those things they said they can't force people to do things because it's considered abuse. In my opinion, that policy should change, otherwise people could easily waste away. Did I mention how awesome Jaya is?!!

I'm on the 56 years old but I fell from a helicopter they've got me in a duel room but it's going to be set up as a private room for one being a young guy I didn't know if I want to be in long-term care but I need it cuz I keep falling with a traumatic brain injury I just had shoulder reverse shoulder rotator cup replacement surgery with titanium and metal so trust me you need it and I can move out of my apartment and move in here and my insurance will take care of it for the rest of my life I think that's the best thing for me so I don't tear up the surgery the staff is really really nice they come in and take care of one block away from Medical North Richland hills and my doctor Dr Payne at Texas Bone and joint he's my orthopedic shoulder surgery and they got surgery that will do the whole body so he's one block away so I'm extremely happy if anybody's looking for a place for temporary rehab or to long-term care or just physical therapy this place is nice and it's so quiet this is John mcnight

Staff here excels at compassionate care. You can trust them to be kind, patient and flexible -- important factors for our family when the hospital advised rehab stints for my mother twice in early 2024. Other centers may look more contemporary from the street and as you walk through the front door but if you are set on finding a center that's clean, well staffed and interested in helping your loved one get the support and assistance they need, consider Green Valley. It's the people who matter most and this team is top notch.

Outstanding visit today. Staff was friendly and nurses and assistants were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good.Sandra in admissions was extremely helpful! This is a great place. ! They make you feel like you are home.

Great place, nursing and staff are very genuine and always friendly. I love that it's always clean and does not smell like urine. I visited other places, and the smells were horrible!! The kitchen staff is also very helpful in the choices of foods they have on the menu.. Rehab is very important part of patient getting better. They always are encouraging to my daughter to meet all her occupational and physical needs. I'm happy and blessed I chose this place. Thanks

This place is very clean and has a great staff. Thank you Tia for going the extra miles to help transition my grandparents here . Thank you everyone at this facility in helping me get the help I need quickly. The nurses are very pleasant and made my grandparents and family feel welcome.

My husband and I visited a friend healing from surgery and getting physical therapy. The staff was very friendly. The lobby was under renovation but was clean and all of the staff was very friendly. Our friend seemed to be comfortable and positive about her progress so far.

Had a wonderful tour of Green Valley this morning from the Admissions Coordinator Tia. My husband and I were so happy to find out that Peritoneal Dialysis is available on site at this facility. This has been a huge issue for us because most Nursing facilities simply don't have the trained staff to offer Peritoneal Dialysis to residents who require regular kidney Dialysis. The facility itself is so welcoming and clean. The rooms all appeared to be uniform in size and decor. We were beyond impressed when we saw the large PT area and all of the equipment they have for rehabilitative care. Before coming here today we were very confused as to which facility we could trust with the care of our family member. After our tour we are now 100% convinced that Green Valley is the right choice for our loved ones continued care.
