I requested to be transferred to Granite Mesa for rehab after I had major surgery in Austin due to the fact I live in Marble Falls and my younger son was able to visit me as he couldn't do so while i was in Austin. The staff as a whole was amazing. The nursing staff is top notch and always so helpful. I go back at least once a week to see the staff and my former roommate, she's a sweetheart, and they are all glad to see how well I'm doing and I tell them it's thanks to them because they made my stay amazing.

I've had several close church family friends end up at Granite Mesa for rehab and a couple for long term. All of them were extremely pleased with the staff, both on the floor and the administrative team. The food was top notch as was the care they received. They all recommended it to each other. I give it a 5 star review.

Very depressed when I left Granite Mesa. We've been wait a long time to get my Mom's back fractures taken care off. We're waiting on Medicare to approve coverage. As I'm leaving a sweet employee by the name of Betty Comforts me and makes me feel better. Betty is going to fix my Mom's fingernails real pretty today. That makes me happy!!! Your are shining star Betty

Over the last 7 years we have worked closely with Granite Mesa and their whole team. I have been impressed with administration including Carla the DON to the billing office, David NP, the Social worker, nurses with a shout out to Debra, and their incredible CNAs who always give such extra care to the residents. I love how they have so many activities for the residents and include the families. As an Executive Director of Hospice and a Nurse Practitioner I think we are lucky to have a nursing home of this caliber in Marble Falls.

As a travel nurse, this has been one of my favorite places to work for. The care the residents receive from upper management, to nursing staff is amazing. Dietary offers great meals and even the housekeepers do their fair share of helping the residents. The activity Director loves what she does and the residents enjoy participating in activities. With this being said. I have no problem traveling the 2 .5 hrs distance for a shift. I highly recommend this facility as a place to place your loved ones.
