During my rehabilitation I encountered the most amazing loving and caring health care workers. I would like to recognize Deshawna Hawkins and her entire staff and all of the therapists that assisted in my rehabilitation. Not only was the care phenomenal, the facility was clean and cheery. My daughter and several friends visited daily and were always treated like family by the staff. I can't say enough wonderful things about Cadia Pike Creek. Thank you. Virginia Park

After a week in the hospital but still unable to walk, I was advised that I required both physical and occupational rehabilitation. Thanks to my daughter, family and friends, we chose the highly recommended Cadia Healthcare Pike Creek. I was transferred to Cadia soon after. The facility was clean and personnel were friendly, helpful, caring and respectful from day one. They had my room ready and the transition was flawless. The various staff were welcoming, supportive and clearly shared my path forward. I want to give a huge Shout Out to my primary Therapy Team: NATE, P/T, who was professional, patient, caring, had great stories and made therapy fun!; TAYLOR, O/T who was professional, patient, caring, helped me dress, had stories as well, and made therapy fun and Rachael, P/T also pitched in when needed, all managed by Lisa Goodfriend, Director. These folks are not only respectful, supportive, and dedicated to their work, they raise spirits by caring and adding humor. They did such a good job that I am now an out-patient!! Special thanks!! The nurses, aids and assistants were also supportive, respectful and even encouraged me to attend patient activities, e.g. bingo, crafts, nature "walks" and other games. A shout out as well to Jackie (Social Work), Kim, RN, Brie, and Quanni, for their compassion, kindness, respect and caring. I would like to thank ALL at Cadia for my successful recovery. Your compassion, patience, encouragement and dedication has lead to my walking again! Cadia has done such a good job that I am now an out-patient, receiving therapy twice a week at Cadia and am doing great. THANKS TO ALL FOR BEING THERE FOR ME!!!

I recently completed over a month as an inpatient at Cadia at Pike Creek for rehab of a spinal cord fracture. My therapist, Nate, was very knowledgeable and professional. He had the balance of encouraging me to make good progress but never too much to cause frustration. He was always upbeat with a smile. I was so pleased with the care he provided that I have decided to continue on with Nate as an outpatient. I can't recommend Rehab at Cadia at Pike Creek enough. Thank you, Nate, for all you have done for me!

I stopped by your facility on August 2 to visit with a friend/resident. I just wanted to pay my compliments to the staff. The Facility is beautiful! It is very, very clean and the staff were really attentive! I told the staff members if anything ever happens to me this, is where I want my family to place me!

Overall very pleased with Cadia Pike Creek on helping my mom (now 80) recover from a broken ankle and most recently 2 ischemic strokes primarily caused from Covid and severe sleep apnea. The care she receives is wonderful and a special thanks to both Andrea (her social worker) and LPN Sterling Douglas. Sterling provided my mom oral care following a red protein oral supplement which left her mouth red-stained and I thought she was bleeding. His diligent care in removing the staining gave my mom a warming smile and further reinforces why this facility is top choice for rehab care.

Our experience at Pike Creek has been very supportive with open and honest communication from all of the therapists and support personnel since our mom arrived. Chere immediately made our family feel like we were making the right decision and that Cadia Health Creek Pike Creek would not only take care of our mom's medical needs and rehab but also our families needs. Chere continues to check in with us and provide support and guidance while navigating this very difficult situation for our mom and family. The care is good, food ok but not consistent. There is absolutely NO parking except on weekends. Or if you get lucky during shift changes. There have been HUGE potholes since the first of the year and NO lighting at entrance from street. Too easy to miss from either direction. Apparently maintenance is NO a PRIORITY. I don't usually complain because nothing is perfect but when you are dealing with patients then they have to come first.

I brought clothes into Cadia Pike Creek for my sister on 1-26-2024. Today, 1/29, the patient still does not have them. -- The patient had been in Cadia the month before and the clothes I brought had been marked by Cadia, with the patient's name at that time. Today the patient asked 3 people for her clothes & has not received an answer.

I cannot say enough good things about Pike Creek Cadia. When looking for a rehab facility for my mother. We toured many of them and Cadia(Pike Creek) stood out for many reasons. One reason is it did not smell when you walked in and it was very clean. Once there, my mother got outstanding physical therapy and occupational therapy. Lisa, Meghan, and Stephanie were rock stars! They made my mom feel safe and secure while encouraging her to push yourself to get stronger and safer so she could go home. The nurses on the floor....We're also very kind and patient even though sometimes it seems like they were short staffed. They never made anyone feel like there were. Same with a CNA's. They were always helpful kind and patient with the residence. I hope we never need skilled nursing facility again. I'm glad that we found Pike Creek Cadia and this will be where we go and where we would recommend our friends and family to go. Outstanding quality care ...They are five stars in our book.!!!

EXCELLENT!! Cadia is the epitome of what a rehabilitation facility should be. The standard of care here is second to none. The facility is cheerful, bright and spotless with a homey feel. The rehab staff, led by a strong, compassionate leader, is hardworking, committed, friendly and dedicated to helping their patients meet and exceed their goals. Everyone in the PT division was exceptional, especially Nate and Tayler who saw Jack everyday during the week. They worked extremely hard and were dedicated to him. They brought him from a horrible condition after the hospital and surgeries to an almost self sufficient status, able to use a walker, feed himself and so much more. They will be missed by us. My husband would not have made it this far without their professionalism and dedication. We cannot thank them enough. However, your Social Services Manager, Andrea has proven to be inept in her position. Late May an aide broke my husbands hearing aid. Andrea told me someone was coming to the facility in June who could fix this. Late June - no one showed up. I (Barbara) gave her the address to have a staff person deliver the hearing aid to to be fixed. She put it in the mail. The bill was paid incorrectly. She ignored me then I was waiting to speak to her in her office over 2 staff people. My husband is being transferred to Brynn Mawr tomorrow 8/18 T NOON. Still no hearing aid!!!!!

Any time you are looking for recommendations for your loved one, you want to make sure that the facility is clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. Being able to leave a loved one in someone else's care is hard because you worry whether they are receiving good care. I'm starting my review with these two statements because when I looked for a spot for my mother, I had to rely on word of mouth and what I could find online. Cadia Pike Creek not only met the initial requirements, it exceeded them! The level of care is incredible and everyone was so friendly and helpful. And I do mean everyone: nurses, aides, housekeeping, admins, and most especially the therapists (huge shout out to Nate here!!) Most of us have experience with other facilities: good ones and bad ones. This is a great one. I cannot possibly say enough good things about this facility. It is clean, open, and very well-run. Your loved one will be safe and you can relax knowing they are well cared for at Cadia. To those who work at Cadia - thank you. Thank you so much for what you do and the kindness with which you do it.
