We were there as volunteers from Albuquerque Bible Church. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The staff seemed to be caring , seemed the residents were being kept active and engaged. Erin(sp?) was teaching some to play piano and though it may have slipped Chris'mind that we were coming due to an unexpected event going on in the facility he was very helpful in making sure our volunteer services were accepted and we were made to feel welcomed. Thank you!

The facility has been doing wonderful with my partner. The staff and case management has been on top of most things... now I can't the same woth the insurance who can't even decide the time approved for his rehabilitation there.

Thank you to the Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque for your excellent care of my brother. This was his second time here for wound care, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. I can not say enough great things about this Facility, Nurses, CNA's, Wound Care Team, PT, OT, and Housekeeping. Everyone was courteous, helpful, kind, attentive, and professional. This is a very well run facility and I would highly recommend them for your loved one. I would also like to thank Jaela, for helping me get everything we needed for my brothers return home.

So far impressed on admit. Nurse tech Sophia attentive and kind as well as nurse Lisa. Arrived at 1130am and they provided a lunch tray for mom before I asked.

My wife spent quite a few weeks at this facility, from the heart I can tell you she was never treated like a patient. Both my wife and I always felt like she was treated like a friend and family member. She received exceptional care by every single person who worked there and we always felt the love.
