Generally solid. I had posted a negative review here initially after a misunderstanding. My concern was met.

My father in law was here for a little over a month. We have never met such caring and considerate staff! We had lots of family in and out and they learned our names and tolerated our many requests and questions with a smile. I hope he doesn't need to return to a nursing home anytime soon, but we would definitely choose Accolade on Pells if he does . Thank you so much for all you did to make him feel welcome and cared for.

I have been the POA to a resident for the last 7 years. I have watched the staff provide consistent care to them. It is always clean and there is NEVER the smell of urine when you walk in the door.

Did rehab here following shoulder surgery. Excellent care from everyone: Housekeeping, Nursing Assistants, Food Service, Nursin g Staff. And kudos to Physical and Occupational Therapy.

They're very responsive to the needs of their clients. The caregivers seem to care a lot about their charges. They go out of their way to make sure the clients have what they need to be comfortable while gently pushing for them to do as much self care as possible. Food isn't all that great and that's a big reason I didn't rate them 5 stars. My brother didn't like most of what was served. Fortunately they could offer him alternative food. The building could use some updates but the rooms are clean. Every time I visited the cleaning staff were visibly hard at work. The whole building looked and smelled clean. For people who are trying to get better this is a good place to be.

I don't have much to go by. My brother in law Robert LaPrise was only there 3 months. From what I observed the staff always treated the patients with care and respect. Robert was always clean and comfortable. Clorie is great. Very caring and communicative. She called me every time Robert was sent to the er. I just wanted to let the staff know how appreciative I am. Thank you so much.
